Tom has been to my house a few times now and has done a great job every time. Always clean and professional and very reasonably priced. I would have no issues suggesting him to any of my friends and family to do work for them.

Called to have them replace drain plug in bathtub & clogged drain. They were very nice & came out the next day which was good. My complaints are that they didn’t have drain plug on truck & the guy didn’t know if he could get one (I guess mine is smaller than normal). My other complaints are they left the bathroom a filthy mess & no one wore a mask! I overheard the owner ask one guy how he felt & he said it was still hard to breathe. I hope he didn’t have COVID because both my brother & I have cancer! Not sure whether I would use again.

Showed up on time and for working thru a warranty comp everything was explained made the process easy as possoble

Our basement drain backed up on us so a neighbor recommended United Plumbing. We were impressed with their service and integrity. We'll definitely call them again if we ever need a plumber.

He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

I have been using this company approximately 4 years for HVAC and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently used them for electrical services to install a couple of ceiling fans and under cabinet lighting. The tech was neat and orderly and the outcome was better than I expected. I am now getting other electrical work done as a result. I have let my entire network know about the excellent service received and highly recommend Ready Services.

We had an estimate from a large plumbing company to replace our water heater for thousands of dollars. We called Tulsa Midtown Plumbing to give us an estimate. After our conversation, they said they didn't believe the entire water heater needed to be replaced. They fixed it for $185. They were knowledgeable, polite, reliable and prompt. I give them my highest recommendation.

Only plumbers I'll use. Fair and friendly, they are prompt and easy to work with. If you want someone who will shoot you straight, give you a fair price, and get the job done right the first time- accept no substitutes

Last week I had a leak and a clogged toilet. My friend recommended Pro Elevated and I'm so glad she did. The service tech responded quickly to my call and was able to efficiently assess my main line problem. I have been leak free with an unclogged toilet ever since! The tech was very professional and the service was great quality. I will highly recommend Pro Elevated!

I decided to use this business because someone mentioned it on an online review that they are affordable. They probably had friends and family write the good reviews about them. Because they are NOT affordable at all and they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!! Stay as far away as possible! I called and they came out to fix a small/very minor and common pipe leak in the interior wall and they charged me $388.72!! It was such a simple leak and small leak it should have been around $200 to fix the leak. They did not give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it before they started working on it. They charged me for 3 1/2 hours to fix the pipe. When it only took him 2 hours to fix it at the most! That is 1 1/2 hours of being overcharged - it is unethical to do that! They also charged me 1 hour ($105 extra) to go get the parts!! The parts are the most common parts that a plumber would have! It is not my fault he came to my house unprepared - I told him about the leak before he showed up! That is outrageous to charge me for that!! They should have had the parts in their truck because that is the most common household parts that every plumber has in their truck, except them! And it should have never took him 2 1/2 hours to fix such a minor issue!! The guy was super slow and dragged out the whole process to charge me more since he charges by the hour and not by the job, which they did not disclose to me at all until after he finished. He charged $105 per hour on a Monday at 2pm! That is an outrageous amount for a daytime plumber. And the total cost of the materials was only $21.22! I called the owner and asked him for a refund for the 1 hour it took the guy to go get the parts, because I should not be charged for his unpreparedness, but the owner will not return my phone calls or voicemails. I also went to their location to discuss this with the owner and to show him my receipt and they are not at a physical location (which is a major red flag)! I tried to give them a chance to make things right, but they refuse to so by dodging me (which is another red flag, so if you were to have an issue later on with their work, they will be long gone and you will be out more money). I was completely ripped off by this company! I tried to help out a small local company, but it was an expensive lesson learned. They are the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with! Please stay away from them and use a different, more reputable, company. Shame on them, this is not how you run a business!
