Chris was highly recommended by my plumbing supply store because my problem was a difficult issue in a 71 year old home. He and his crew were on time (!), professional and kind. More importantly, they did a really good job on a tough repair and were reasonably priced, especially considering the time consuming unexpected parts problems they had to resolve.
