Absolutely poor workmanship. Called them to fix a leak, they assessed the problem, said they would order the part, then never came back. Called them and reminded them they had a job to complete, they came out fixed the leak and now it leaks worse than before. I would suggest you never use this company......ever!

Just built a new house and our contractors used them as the plumbers. Have had issue after issue with our plumbing since. Adding thousands of dollars in additional cost. The workers seemed out of it when we saw them and the owner was dismissive when we saw concerns with their work. Not sure how they are allowed to continue working on peoples homes and taking their money.

Noticed a leak under my kitchen sink Wednesday night. Contacted my home warranty company first thing Thursday morning and they set up a claim with R & R Plumbing as my service provider. Did not hear from R & R for 24 hours so contacted them Friday morning and received their voice mail. I left a message and never heard from them. By Saturday night my little leak turned into a huge leak. Talked to the my home warranty on Monday morning to let them know I never heard from R & R and the issue I was having now. They contacted R & R and they said they couldn't come fix the problem until Wednesday. If they would have called me originally I would not be having the issue I am having now.

Incredibly unprofessional. We tried calling them several times to come out (as they were the company assigned to us by our warranty company, with no call backs. Finally someone sent a text and they were scheduled to come out... and didn't show up. When we asked them about it they said they had the flu.... but did not let us know.

A week later, we tried calling again several times and only received back a text message that said can someone meet us tomorrow between 11:00 - 3:00 with 30 minute notices. Notice there is no introduction with name or company name? We had no idea who it even was. When I text her back I explained that we would rather have a call back since we had been calling them with no return calls.

Another no-show.

2 days later my husband called them and they text back again and said they forgot about us and could arrive in 20 minutes.

They showed up and were not professional at all and didn't diagnose the problem correctly. I would NOT recommend.

Customer service people! It goes a long way!

Horrible plumber, they don’t answer the phone ! Made my faucet worse! Do not use them! You will be sorry!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Was assigned for my home warranty work. Made an appointment to fix a leak and showed up to review what needed to be done. I paid my $100 copay they were going to get parts and send info to my home warranty to get it fixed. Then scheduled a date and time to fix the leak. Didn't show up. I called and called and they never answered calls or texts. They got away with $100 for doing no work as they were paid to. Never working with them again complete scam!

This company is a scam. They were assigned to my home warranty claim on June 5th, showed up to my house while I was at work at 8 AM June 6th without heads up. I already had a leak detector locate the leak, all that was needed done was digging it up and repairing. showed up for maybe 3 minutes at my house and requested that my wife write a check for 100 dollars. Called me and asked if this was true, and I said yes per the warranty we are out of pocket 100. Thinking that he would be back once he got materials, I call back at 3 PM the same day to ask how it was going, when the guy told me I wont be able to get to you for about 3-4 weeks, I'd recommend finding another plumber Absolute trash business piling on to a terrible reputation. I would highly recommend Wooten Knock out plumbing for issues, very respectful, timely and professional.
AVOID R&R

They came to fix my jacuzzi tub. Took it apart and left. Now I can’t use the tub at all because pipes are disconnected. It’s been 2 months and they have been unresponsive.

Avoid this plumbing company at all costs for your new construction if you can. They come out whenever they want to. They are not reliable. When they do finally grace your job site with their presence they do literally 1 thing each visit…. By 1 thing I mean come out to the house and instead of installing all of the shower hardware they install 1 trim kit, come out the next day and install another. They charged $300 to install a water line for ice maker and didn’t even hook it up to water. We are still waiting on them to complete these on our new build. It has taken them 2 weeks to install the shower hardware.

Smartest plumbers I know passed down from generation to generation and passed down to his workers the owner of the place now Jason goes above and beyond his call of duty when it comes to work he's out there just like every other guy working just as hard if I ever need anything questions referrals anything he's always there to help what a great guy

Horrible, have not received a call back since labor day nor have we had a call back from my wife and i calling a week ago! Good thing other companies will show up and return calls for service.
