I have been getting multiple quotes on repairing / replacing a main line valve for my commercial property and I made that very clear with reception the day prior. Good thing is they do not charge $90+ to just come out and give a quote however it was the absolute most distasteful experience I’ve had with their person that came out to give us a quote. The gentlemen had the audacity to ask if we “had the funds” to complete the task which most certainly we do and most likely would have gone with their estimate but after hearing that we wanted absolutely nothing to do with the company.

GR Repair & Maintenace worked on a small job at my house repairing 3 door moldings that were taken out of its place and damaging some of the drywall they restored everything back in its place like new , i recommend them to everyone .

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
