I called Chris for help with a pool leak emergency. He was able to come in an hour to assess the situation. We agreed on a course of action that required the purchase of some new parts. When he saw the price of the parts he realized he could add an additional half hour of labor and save me about $100. He finished the project on the same day I called. His charge for his labor was very reasonable. I moved to Tulsa two years ago. Chris is one reason I like Tulsa more than the Washington, DC area, my former home for 40 years: craftsmanship, fairness, and small business.

They are always on time or will call if they have been detained. They clean up after themselves. They are knowledgeable,professional, polite, do not drink or smoke on the property. Rates are very reasonable. Two thumbs up. Have recommended to friends and family many times.

If you need plumbing help in Tulsa, Big C's are the first plumbers you should call. Why? Because after they send someone over and get your issues resolved, you won't need to call any other plumber, and you won't have to mortgage your house to pay their bill.

This company is top notch! After calling several other companies to get someone out and being told it would be at least a week, these guys were able to come out the next day to help find why the sewer line was plugged. A couple of days later they had a crew onsite and were able to get a new sewer tap and line installed. Even though the mainline tap was deeper than suspected which caused more time excavating, they stuck to their original quote. Eric was great to work with. He kept me informed of what was going on and did excellent work.

Anytime you hire a skilled trade to do a job, it's not going to be cheap. But these guys did the job right and I feel like it was worth it now having peace of mind that this sewer line will not have any issues for the foreseeable future.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Family works there and seems like good business

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

I ask for Caleb to serve my HVAC system bi-annually. He does a totally thorough exam of the inside & outside systems, explains when a new part is needed that's critical for optimal functiioning, and has excellent customer relations skills, like all Allied service technicians.
