I called Allied Plumbing last night and left a message about my running toilet. Seth called me back at 8am this morning and Ryan and Micah were there to fix my issue at 10am. They were very friendly and courteous, and protected my floors by covering their shoes. They replaced a couple of parts and were done in 15 minutes. I will definitely call them again.

I have used Torch two or three times now. I am very happy with the workmanship of their employees, and they are very respectful of my home. However, I was a little shocked at the cost of replacing my kitchen faucet. The charge was $455, and that was with a coupon. The plumber/s (yes, two) did go purchase the faucet for me, so I understand the cost would be a bit more, but there was really no breakdown on my invoice - other than the cost of fuel for getting the faucet - just the total amount of $455. That price did seem a little steep to me so I'm not sure I can afford them anymore. If you can afford it, the work is great!

Don't know them personally yet, I had scheduled to use them at our facility then had to cancel. I felt bad about it, the Lady that had answered was very understanding and just awesome. Our facility will be using them in the future definitely

My bathroom faucet would only trickle out very little. My landlord called yesterday to get scheduled and they had someone out the next following day. The Technician Jess was very professional and fixed the issue very quick. When he came in he immediately put on booties as to not track dirt threw the house. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Roto Rooter for anyone with any kinda plumbing issues. I have had them come to my house 3 times over several years and they always fixed the issue the first time. I have tried alternative plumbers in the past and that was never the case. In the end would always have to contact Roto Rooter to have the issue resolved. Kudos to Roto Rooter Plumbing and Technician Jess. Thank you for fixing the water flow out of my sink faucet.

I'll start by saying we are very pleased with the completion of our kitchen remodel. We hired George and his company to do the remodel based on other quality work they did for us in our condo. His quote was competitive. Overall the job was completed on time and within budget. The minor hiccups that occurred (what major project doesn't have any) were handled professionally and quickly by George and his team. Great care was taken to minimize any mess. GR Repair and Maintenance is highly recommended.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
