I have been using this company approximately 4 years for HVAC and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently used them for electrical services to install a couple of ceiling fans and under cabinet lighting. The tech was neat and orderly and the outcome was better than I expected. Had a phenomenal experience with Mark and his team. After several years of plumbing issues and multiple plumbing companies fixing the issue Mark was the 1st person to have the bright idea of putting a camera down the clear out, only to discover that the main sewer line was crushed. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we knew the process before he started. Could not be happier.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
