Tried to contact, but, can't get a call back. If they don't want to do the job, at least, give me a courtesy call. Just disappointed about that. Otherwise, IDK. about their work.

These guys do a great job. Good old fashioned customer service. Very respectful of myself & my home and they left everything exactly as they found it. Took care of all my plumbing needs in a timely manner. I won't use anyone else.

Ray is hardworking and gets the job done no matter what it is! He’s been out to my house multiple times and has done a great job. He is reliable and a man of his word! Definitely recommend his work.

I have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing and each technician has been outstanding! Prompt service, courteous, and knowledgeable. Emerson the plumber was particularly excellent. Highly recommend this whole company!

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Casey Lane came out and did a thorough check. I was impressed with his knowledge and his kindness. I requested him back for the fall check. When I complained about the previous tech, he handled it with class. I don't know about that, but this is what I know about what I can do for you based on what Jack Nelson expects out of me.

Positive experience using Sons of Service in two different homes. Today, perhaps a rather ordinary search & repair. However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other services, SOS fixed it for few a hundred dollars. It's all in the details.

My wife called a couple of plumbers (without me knowing) to come look at a smell that was coming from the washing machine and was quoted $1,000 from one and over $4,000 from the next guy who was very rude when he left. The next day the entire house smelled like #2 and it was coming in from our shower drain, garage was leaking out into the driveway, water in the our closets and we just had to move upstairs for a couple of days until I got ahold of Acts of service. Michael helped me before and I can say I will never use another plumber besides him. He came to the house and less than 30 minutes had the pipes cleaned out and it was less than $200!!! Would give them 1,000 ⭐️’s if could on a review!

Called Air Solutions to help figure out an issue with our gas fireplace. The tech was very prompt and friendly. Helped us troubleshoot some things and identify other issues that'll need to be addressed. Very happy with their service.

If it is listed I didn't see it, sorry. You came to fix and maintain my Generac back up system. Did a fine job! I was pleased with Airco, always have been I've used them over 20 years.
