Great company... great service!

I called Airco and they sent out a repairman, all I needed was a new blower motor on my unit. The repairman was there a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I’m a Senior and a Widow and stated that to him and asked if they had any kind of discount for Seniors or Vets. No. I was more or less at their mercy since I don’t know anyone where I live. $768.69 was the charge. I had asked other Heating places and they said it was to high. Reported this to them and they said they felt justified with the charge. Believe me, I would freeze before I would ever use them again.

Ready Services is an ok mechanical company, I am a supporter of this company because the owners are black and because of good people like Anthony that is all. Scotty doesn't understand buisness or respect and their is alot of mistakes made in the office.

I have American Home Shield insurance and had a/c problems so they sent Harp out last September and they put in some Freon in our system and did not bother to see if there was a leak. In May I called AHS and said we must have a leak because it's not getting cool enough. They sent Harp out again and they put some freon in and wanted to leave. I said there is obviously a leak and it needs to be fixed. He called into a supervisor and they told him to leave to go to the next job. I couldn't believe that they did not even try to fix it. I called AHS and wanted to get an explanation, but they were waiting on the paper work or a call in from Harp. It took me 5 phone calls to AHS and they had to repeatedly notify Harp to get them the info. AHS has decided not to send HARP out again and has assigned this job to another A/C company. I am completely displeased with Harp and can not recommend them.
