We found our new plumbers! We’ve tried them all and have had varying degrees of luck. The Dunrite crew came out and fixed our issue fast and competently. I trust them and my extremely protective dogs trust them. That speaks volumes. If my dogs trust you, you’re a good person. The cats think everyone is sus so their opinion is irrelevant. Lol

They were all very nice and very polite. They showed us the pipe that had corroded and explained why it happened. They also explained why this won’t happen again from the work they did. The main plumber that worked our job checked his work twice before he left to make sure everything was good. Love the attention to detail!

This company doesn’t price gouge or add on extras you don’t need. I appreciate that. We will be recommending them to everyone we know! We put their business card on the fridge for the next time we need them. Thanks guys! You were wonderful! ❤️

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Had a new HVAC system quoted and installed from these guys. Awesome experience, Austin was a pleasure to work with. Very personal and they went the extra mile to insure I was getting a good deal. Clayton, Ethan and Kent were great service men. Had some unexpected issues that came up and some reworking had to be done, the guys were awesome and I wasn't charged for some extra work that had to be done. All in all great company, treated like a friend from Austin, and the install was a job well done. Highly recommend these guys, I will definitely be using them again soon.

My home in Tulsa was turning into something of a disaster area before Big C's showed up. They got things fixed up and cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed. Looking at it, you'd hardly be able to tell that there was some flooding going on in my home thanks to pipe leakage.

Eric Critchnau looked at the job that needed repairing (leak in outdoor sprinkler system) and quickly provided a quote for services. He indicated he would do his best to not disturb the surrounding yard more than necessary and was very careful in removing the sod from the area above the leak. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing and especially Eric Critchnau for any future plumbing needs.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!
