Half Moon is a Top Shelf Company. I’ve used them before for scheduled work which was outstanding but this is the first emergency that I’ve used them for. This morning I heard a loud noise and water was gushing from my hot water tank. In a panic I called Half Moon. Darlene took my call, made sure I had everything turned off and absolutely jumped through hoops to get me fixed up. Spencer was dispatched, offered me options on the tank replacement and got right to it. The work is professional, good quality and a fair price. My stress level went from a 10 to non existent. I cannot brag enough on this company, they are Christians and absolute wonderful. What a team! Thank you again Half Moon

Eric was professional, knowledgeable and solved my plumbing issues quickly. He gave some tips on keeping my plumbing issues low. I had a toilet. Bathtub and garbage disposal problem. I will always call Half Moon plumbing. I also made the appointment for Tuesday and they were able to move me up to Monday.

Jared was amazing! He was very responsive and patient while I worked through the options he gave me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he worked extra hard to make sure I could get my gas turned back on as quickly as possible. I would recommend to everyone to contact Carl his work was excellent. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and provide a cost. His pricing is cheaper then majority in and around Wichita. I will be calling him in the future. My neighbor seen his work and prices and is scheduling an appt with him ASAP
