We had Robert come out and help us with a leaky pipe. He was quick to book, quick to come out and service our sink. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He even made the sink more efficient, which was very kind and above and beyond what we asked for. It was also very affordable so 10/10 from us. Will be using their services again.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Their maintenance technician, Dustin Hale is a great asset to the company. I was very satisfied with their equipment and their service.

Father, son team. EXCELLENT SERVICE. These two are extremely polite, honest, professional and were very fair in their pricing. I had a line from my kitchen sink back up and they had to run their rotor rooter equipment 3 times to clear the clog. They were very patient and extremely professional. This is who you need to call for ALL your plumbing needs! Thank you Tosh and Sabastian! You two are amazing!

Luke installed 2 toilets for us after previous service call revealed faulty seals around toilet. Luke was friendly, professional and on time. He did an excellent job & cleaned up & removed all debris. Very happy with service!

I used Air Solutions for a blower door test on our new home under construction. Mike was quick to contact me and very helpful. Mike also was very flexible with my schedule, showed up when he said and exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with how the test was performed and the recommendations provided following the test. I will be using Air Solutions again for my final blower door test prior to occupancy.

I am infuriated and compelled to share my appalling experience with this deceitful company. Prepare to be shocked by their flagrant disregard and relentless harassment!Let me be clear: we have meticulously signed and dated contracts, backed by a thorough written communication trail between us and this company. Despite this, their behavior is beyond reprehensible. They consistently stoop to rudeness and unprofessionalism, leaving me seething with anger.Incredibly, they have the audacity to disconnect calls (Lannel at accounting especially), displaying a complete lack of respect and basic decency. Their abominable conduct is unfathomable and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.Furthermore, every time we engage with them, they conveniently fail to provide any updates on our supposedly resolved file. This never-ending cycle of false promises and negligence is an outrageous mockery of customer service.To make matters worse, I have diligently sent them numerous documents explicitly indicating the agreed-upon work performed on our property. Yet, they persist in bombarding us with inflated bills that contain arbitrary numbers nowhere to be found in our signed contracts. Their complete disregard for contractual agreements is unacceptable and deserves to be exposed.Enough is enough! I am fed up with their seasonal calls (it’s been years by the way), as they shamelessly attempt to swindle unsuspecting victims. These individuals are rude, unprofessional, and lack any sense of integrity.Don't just take my word for it—take a look at the recent reviews and witness the consistent pattern of deceit and misconduct. Countless others have fallen prey to their conniving ways. I implore you to exercise caution and BEWARE of this company!Save yourself the torment and frustration by exploring alternative options.
