What started out as a routine shower/tub remodel, turned into a nightmare, but Wesley, Jessy, Al, and Willie (I think) swooped in and saved the day!

I had to stand down from my remodel due to the fact the contractor and his plumber quickly discovered my brittle CPVC. I knew from a couple past plumbing incidents, I would be needing a whole house replumb at some point. I got three quotes, and Wesley gave the best price, and explanation of what they could do. They even moved studs, got my new shower head, faucet, and new tub upstairs installed.

It took my crew of four, two days to complete the job, but they were still able to turn my water back on for overnite.

They were all professional, personable, explained what they were doing, answered questions, and even didn't mind when Curious George the cat got in their way!

It took 4 times for a service tech to come out and fix my A/C. The tech automatically decided to remove my expensive thermostat and replace it with a downgraded one. This did not fix the issue. My a/c was not turning on or off, so I had to reschedule someone back out. The tech took off the thermostat and replaced it again, which did not fix it. He came out a 3rd time and I actually told him what I thought he should look for, which was the connectors on the unit inside. That was what was the issue the whole time. So I asked for my old thermostat back, buy they didn't have it. Another senior tech came back and replaced the generic thermostat with something closer to my programmablE one I had. I was told no there would be no charge. Then about 1 week ago, I receive a $180 invoice. I'm not happy to say the least.

Our underground service line was broken and ASAP gave us amazing service during the whole process. They not only did timely and phenomenal work but worked with me to provide proper documentation for the insurance claim. Chris was extremely helpful and informative during the whole process. I really have nothing bad to say about this company. Really amazing and detailed customer service!

Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
