Great Service. From setting an appointment to the actual service was fast, caring, and efficient. I originally had a Wednesday appointment, but then received a call back from them saying they could come today. Todd called immediately afterwards and arrived and took care of my problem. A shout out to the young man he was training who was also very nice. I just can't remember his name or the nice woman who took my call and worked out the appointments.

Came same day (Black Friday of all days). Did an excellent job. Gave honest advice and saved me a chunk of money. Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up the work. We will definitely use this company again.

Cleaned main line log that two other companies said they could not. While to other companies made us wait weeks to come out, Roto Rooter came out same evening we called. When they found need additional equipment, they came out next day to finish the job. They (Jordan) were prompt each day and was very helpful in explaining the problem. GR Repair and Maintenance repaired a wooden fence for me that was in very bad shape. They also filled some holes along the edge of my roof. They were prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, and would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
