The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted!
They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

They don’t clear drains. Wouldn’t have called them if I’d known. Waste of time and money 😡

We’ve had a funky smell off and on in our bathroom for YEARS with no luck finding the cause and other plumbers out too. Will found it! He had to cut into the wall in places but was perfect and exact on where he cut in too. I was super impressed. We would have had the entire wall out if we did that ourselves. He then found the vent pipe that had a pretty big crack in two sides of it. He was also helpful with follow up question too and his suggestion worked. No more smell and we found a go-to plumber too!! The best company we’ve ever had out as far as plumbing goes!

Ricky and his team did a great job replumbing our home. They took the extra time not many companies spend before and after the job to make sure it was done right.

Drew and Celso were very professional to work with on some complex plumbing issues that my house had. My house needed some extensive drain & slab leak repairs and Drew was very knowledgeable in this area with knowing how to detect these leaks and get them repaired. He and Celso dealt professionally with these issues and always kept me informed about progress and what was needed. I would recommend both of these plumbers.

We discovered a leak under our crawl space that had caused our water bill to increase significantly. We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday and they were responsive and on time. Their technician Paul took care of the job in about an hour and a half. He explained what was going on, what caused the leak and exactly how he was going to fix it. Awesome service.

I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing, LLC. I have called them out a few times anything from a broken pipe, installing a toilet and having major leak in the ground. It’s been hard finding reliable contractors for my business but George is always consistent, communicates well, does a great job, and doesn’t overcharge. I’ve had to call in so many contractors since opening but he is by far my top choice

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
