I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

Scott Owens Plumbing is the way to go- very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and extremely fair pricing wise.

We called to have American Leak Detection find and repair a leak under our rental house. They came out three times. They told us the only way to find the leak was to blow air through the lines and hope it shows them where the leak was. They charged us, and would have continued to do so, every time they visited to hopefully find the leak. We needed someone who could actually detect a leak.
We called AirCo, who I was hesitant of calling in the first place, they came out and said blowing air through the lines was not the correct way to find the leak. The leak was located and fixed within one hour of them being there. American Leak Detection is not equip to locating leaks.

Was pleased. contacted in the morning and they had someone out to my home within hours. The representative was professional. Made great recommendations for repairing my deck and helped save me some money.

Came out diagnosed the issue quickly, made the necessary repairs and i couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, will continue to use them for all plumbing needs

Wonderful guy who came. Very personable, funny and competent. Job was done within 5 minutes and I was sorry to see him go. I was hoping it would take longer to have a chance to get to know him better. Hope to spring a leak soon!

A Go-To for any sewer problems

Half Moon Plumbing is excellent at keeping their customers informed. They contacted me to schedule the appointment, told me exactly who the service tech would be, and the tech contacted me to confirm the appointment! Then I was sent a text message showing me who to expect at my home. On the appointment date, the tech contacted me 2 hours before my appointment to confirm the arrival time. That's above and beyond customer service! The professionalism just continued when the tech arrived.

There will be no need for me to search for a dependable, reputable plumbing service in the future. Half Moon will be the go to.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I used my home warranty for a plumbing issue and they used peak plumbing for my claim. They acted like they were too busy and didn’t call me back when they said they would. I called them again and the guy I spoke with said, “I don’t have time to deal with people like you.” He then hung up on me. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner.

Dont use this company once they have e your money, they dont honor the work they have done.
