Our home's septic tank decided to backup while my Mother In Law was alone with our kids and my wife and I were both out of town. Roger and Braden were both so amazing. From the first moment they showed up they worked on keeping everything running until they could fix, what turned out to be a major pipe issue. Both Braden and Roger were amazing in showing up when they said they would, fixing everything and even offering their help in fixing a few other plumbing items we had. From the moment we called to them offering the invoice, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service Curtis gave us through Roger and Braden. I will definitely suggest them to everyone I meet and use only Curtis from here on out!

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Had called 2 different plumbers , one never showed the other said I would need a whole new toilet then never called us back. These people came in and replaced all the parts in our tank. The 2 men were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Good guys, good company and I will be calling them in the future. Pricing was very reasonable also.

Cal’s sent James who was fast diagnosing what needed to be done and got to work right away. Before finishing he tested it and let me know things I can do to maintain healthy plumbing. I had a leak where the main line comes into the house shutoff which had been replaced in October and a ball valve was installed. The leak appeared about 3 months after the install. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and the phone was immediately answered. What a joy. The young lady listened to my description of the problem and brought up my previous plumbing problem. She said I can have Jake come out today. This is great service.
Jake called before he arrived and asked me to describe the problem. He arrive shortly after and went right to work. He new exactly what to do and had the leak repaired very quickly. All the time I watched what he was doing and he showed me a few tricks of the trade as I am always wanting to know how to fix things. He was very accommodating and fun to talk with. Jake is the man you want. I highly recommend Jake and Southern Arizona Plumbing.

Had a leak in my home in my upstairs bathroom which leaked down into my downstairs bathroom. TAZ came out right away! The workers were awesome, my dogs even liked them! They walked me through everything they did and didn’t mind me asking a lot of questions!
