Robert was friendly to me and my dog. He was professional and diligent about repairing my disposal. After many attempts to get the disposal working he installed a new unit which he had in his truck. OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if there's any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

The pressure reduction valve on our main water line failed and was leaking and allowing a pressure of 100 into our home. Of course I discovered this on a Saturday morning with a house full of guests and another 15 guests coming in the afternoon for a party. Anthony was very prompt and professional and had our problem repaired quickly. I found Anthony to be very personable and meticulous. He patiently showed and explained to me everything he did. He impressed me and I felt that he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He knew at a glance exactly what replacement parts were needed and he was able to complete the repair in a quick and timely manner. I would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs!
