Our technician was Jack Manning of Silverado Rooter & Plumbing. He arrived on time. He was able to determine the problem immediately. Jack was polite, quick, efficient, & cleaned up the entire work site once the job was completed. Had a plugged kitchen sink drain. Called at 9 AM about problem. Glenn arrived shortly after 2 PM, by which time our reverse osmosis unit had run and we had a minor flood that I was trying to control. He got right at the problem and had to modify the trap while cleaning out the clog. Very efficient and cleaned up well when done. Price very reasonable for the work performed. Will be using them again for some other things I need to remedy soon.

Nick, did a great job once again, this was his second time coming out to the address, not for any fault of his, but discovered that the kitchen piping was emptying into a septic tank. He came out and repiped the kitchen piping to the main piping for the house in no time. Left the landscaping just as it was. There is a reason why these guys have great reviews. They provide quality service at a cost efficient price. I will gladly add another five star and would recommend them.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.
