I had been working my way down the Plumber listings and could not get anyone to answer and/or call me back, Sergio picked up on the second ring and was at my house to diagnose the problem and provide a free estimate a day later. He made a very difficult repair to an underground water line and provided me with someone to make drywall and concrete repairs as well. He also did a great job installing a water softener. He (On The Way Plumbing) was very professional, kind and trustworthy. Sergio did what he said when he said he would do it.
