Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

We used Res-Com for the replumbing of our house years ago and had an excellent experience. They had the best rate in town and working with Luigi was wonderful. Awful service! I called All-Pro to repair two leaks I had outside. Within two months, one of the leaks continued. A plumber was supposed to come over and take a look. Twice he was a no call no show. I called them again because they other repair failed. The secretary told me she would check with supervisor. I still haven’t heard from them. It’s been two days and I can’t even talk to anyone. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Had them install a whole home pressure regulator and a water heater, as well as fix an underground leak on the main water line coming in the house. Prices were good. Better price and better service than a competing company that shares its name with a local university mascot. Fixed underground leak quickly and I can't even tell where they dug. It literally looks better than before they fixed it.

This company quoted one amount then charged triple the amount. They DON'T write down their estimated amount as most companies would do. Then they try to get as much as possible from you.
