We saw the five star rating for Zing and called for a problem we had with sink and were advised that George would call us back for appointment about 1 hour later we spoke with George and he said they would be out at the house by 5 oclock and he came right on time. he was very personable and got down to business taking care of the sink. We as seniors were surprised at how very nice we were treated. He was knowledgeable and fast. Completed the job and asked if we needed other work while he was there. The charge was very reasonable and did not take advantage of us as seniors. I would definitely call them again. Thanks Zing Plumbing

We had to use Curtis Plumbing to re-install a water heater (Ram Plumbing completely botched the job--the water heater did not pass inspection and the gas company turned off gas to the house it was so unsafe. Ram refused to fix the installation). Curtis Plumbing fixed the issue in a timely manner AND, while still expensive, they came in several hundred dollars under their original quote. They were nothing but professional.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

I was amazed at the excellence in service Plumb Plumbing and ALL their associates provided. I have not seen such quality in service and fair pricing in years.
