I was put off by the receptionist and the amount of rings it took to answer.. A second one I called acted like they didn't want to touch the job (a cast iron flange) I fhen found Tony through Yelp.
I will absolutely use Tony again for any repairs needed. Professional, friendly and personable plus he arrives when he says he will (or even earlier in my case). he had it repaired in no time. and left it cleaner than it was when he arrived (i had chisled away a lot of rust when i was inspecting it early on). To top it all off it was extremely reasonable and fairly priced.

I just had a great experience with Jason from. My roofers accidentally put a nail thru my water line in my attic and Jason was out the next morning and within 5 min of getting up the ladder he had the coupling installed and I was fixed. He also went out of his way to help us install a board under the decking so it didn’t happen again. He even grabbed a 2x4 out of his truck. If I ever need a plumber I will be giving All In a call, no doubt.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
