Best Electrical Work in Tucson AZ

I'll keep this brief, but be wary of this company. The technician that came out, Jeremy Oliver, was extremely unprofessional. He started out by smoking a cigarette with the AC panel open, and the blower going. The entire house smelled like smoke the rest of the day. He left his cigarette butts on the roof. He didn't check any gauges, he just told me that I will have to clean the coil, otherwise it will continue to ice over. He insisted he did a $479 dollar cleaning job for free. His cleaning entailed 5 minutes of spraying on some coil cleaner and washing it off with my hose. I spent the next hour cleaning my coil with a fine brush (SEE PHOTO - Half of what I pulled out of the coil). The A/C iced over the next morning. I had another company come out and they found the A/C unit was 2 lbs of refrigerant low. He showed me the gauges. After adding 2 lbs, the A/C unit is working perfectly and has been.I called and asked the front desk if the tech had checked the refrigerant levels. She said the manager would get back to me. I get a call, from the technician Jeremy, asking me why I called the company and told them he didn't check the coolant levels. I asked him if he had checked the coolant levels because it was 2 lbs low. He responded by telling me he defrosted and cleaned my entire A/C unit. He then ended the conversation by threatening me with a $479 invoice. I spoke with the manager, who assured me this is not how they do business. He told me that the technician claims he checked the coolant levels; however, there are no notes about it the levels from his visit - so there is no way to prove he did not. I have the entire recording and sent it over with the picture to Jason, who told me this would be a training experience. I have not heard anything back from the manager or owner. Not once did I mention the $79, and not once, did they did offer to refund me the $79 after I had to pay an actual professional $250 for the coolant. This is not a way to do business.

Came down to visit My grandma and realized that her house had a leak in her guest bathroom, called Done Rite and they came out to take care of her! Was very professional and on time. I could tell that there value is to take care of the customer in a affordable and efficient way! Thank you so much to Dustin for coming out and finding the leak and getting it fixed very quickly.Definitely gonna use them again for anything she needs.

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Getting a new ac was an unexpected, expensive purchase, so we contacted 4 companies before making a decision. Now that we are finally done with the process and have a working system again, we can confidently give a good review of Rite Way and everyone we worked with. Geoffrey, our salesperson, was efficient and knowledgeable. He provided detailed information for multiple options, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. Melina, Jerry and Stacy were a phenomenal installation crew. They were on time, worked diligently all day, cleaned up the mess and kept us informed throughout the process. The system itself is fantastic! Keeps us cool, is much quieter, and has some nifty smart features. Hope not to need another HVAC contractor for our home anytime soon, but if you do, give Rite Way a try!!
