Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Called Cummings on a Saturday at 11am. Andrea was so pleasant on the phone. She said they offered free estimates, even on Saturdays, and that she could have someone out between 1 and 3. Kenny showed up at 1:30 and was wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We had him do the work and he did more than what he said he would - now that's customer service! We will use Cummings plumbing from now on, thank you for giving that type of service you rarely find anymore!

These folks did an outstanding job. Honest and straight forward. Did not try to upsell me anything or sell me what I did not need. My AC system bought the farm after almost 14 years, and needed to be replaced. They rushed over a couple of portable cooling units to hold me over until the parts arrived and the work could be scheduled. The price for all work done was very reasonable. I called Temperature Control (who plasters the mailbox with flyers) for an estimate. They were almost three thousand more, and only offered a warranty that was half of what Done Rite offered. Needles to say, Done Rite got the job and I could not be happier. Everyone I had contact with, whether on the phone, or in person, was friendly, professional, and really cared about doing a good job.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Great job done in minimal time.

Polite, on time, and honest. I own a vintage ranch in central Tucson, which has needed some plumbing repair over the last few years. On The Way Plumbing has always come through with an accurate diagnosis and excellent repairs. I highly recommend them.
