OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if there's any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

Best plumber in Tucson! Not the cheapest, but the smartest and the best quality every time! Do it right the first time! And, they stand behind their work! Also took great care of my parents when they had a water emergency! Have been using them for 8 years! Won't use anyone else!

Juan Garcia is amazing. We were in a bind. He helped us last minute and fast! Great and easy communication. Fair price. Fair service. Fixed our water heater (cold water only) within 40 minutes. We will always hope to get him now. He is the best!

I would not recommend this company/individual whatsoever. We used Anthony recently to make very minor repairs only to be gouged and charged $300 per hour. When his rate was challenged by the site foreman, Anthony's response was they look like they can afford it. Therefore, it appears the owner of this company charges based on a personal assessment (i.e. guess) of the homeowners financial standing instead of what is morally right.

This review cannot possibly do enough justice to what extent ownership “Mr. Salazar”, customer service “Allyse”& technician “Ron” did to make me and my family feel like their family. During the toughest of times in Tucson with 106 degree weather their expertise made the ordeal as painless as possible even with my irritable moods from the heat. They all made sure to expedite hard to find parts and get them here all the way from Utah within a day in a half!
Thank you all for going the extra mile and then some! WOW!!!

We moved into our brand new house and discovered two of the bathroom sinks were leaking and the bathroom shower was plumbed backwards (hot and cold reversed). We called our builders customer service who promptly dispatched Whitton Plumbing to fix these issues. When the tech arrived he told use what the root causes were and what he was going to do to fix them. The faucets were fixed in 20min. As for the shower, I thought for sure a section of the wall would need to be removed to switch the pipes but the tech told us it was a quick fix that would only take 10min. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received from Whitton Plumbing, very knowledgeable and professional service.

Horrible experience. would not recommend them. Surprise by their price. Wrong estimate that they quoted me and after their mistake would not work with me on an adjustment.
