Best Installation in Tucson AZ

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! They know their business!! I hope his daughters b-day went well!! The office staff is amazing, friendly and they even followed up with a call! Thank you, Valentine Plumbing!! The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

I foolishly called a competitor on Monday & told them I had a leak & they said they would be out on Tuesday. Then Wednesday came & went. Thursday came & went. I woke up this morning and called Day and Knight and was told they will try to be here between 9:00 and noon! TODAY!!! 😀🤯🤞

He quickly went to work & fixed the problem then cleaned up the mess I had made and was out of here in less than 2 hours!!

Excellent knowledge and skill in figuring out a complicated faucet.

I had an excellent experience so far with Done Rite. I called them because my mom had her HVAC system replaced a few months ago and had a great experience, so when I needed an estimate on our air conditioner, I figured I would call them too. From the initial phone call with Gina, I was impressed. She was friendly, helpful and patient and worked with me to find a good time to send out a technician.

When Jordan arrived (right on time), he was also very friendly, patient and highly informative. He gave me the information I needed to help make a decision without trying to 'sell' me anything. I have no doubt that when I decide to have the unit replaced, Done Rite will do it right. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need any help with your HVAC here in the Tucson area.

Austin was very responsive and provided a professional assessment of my sewer issues, clearly laying out a course of action and providing a detailed quote. The work was performed unattended by me, since I was still shuttling back and forth between my properties. Austin provided photos of the in-process condition and also the finished project. The results were excellent and all work was performed in my absence. I can vouch for the professionalism and excellent work standard. I have no hesitation recommending Drain Medics for your sewer problems.

We needed to replace an existing leaking water line with a new water line run from the new water meter to the house. Bryant Plumbing came out to give us an estimate and responded with a very reasonable estimate within 2 days. We did get two other estimates from reputable plumbing companies but we felt most comfortable with the communication from Bryant Plumbing. Robert ( Bruce) Bryant and Ryan did an excellent job! The temperature was 116 degrees and they worked outside all day for 10 + hours. We offered them some down time to come inside and cool off but they weathered through it. Actually, I would have cancelled but Robert wanted to stick to his promise to be there to perform the job. Bryant Plumbing had the necessary equipment ( backhoe) and all parts necessary to complete the job. No trips to the supply store to buy more materials, like most companies do. They were here on time (5:00 AM) . When the job was finished, they completely dressed and finished the excavation trench. It looks like it was never touched. We couldn't be happier and more impressed with the dedication of Bryant Plumbing and we are very thankful for our new water service! Thank you, Bryant Plumbing! Kevin and Beverly Mulkins, Tucson, AZ

Marty is very professional and personable. He fixed my leak in my kitchen sink and diagnosed the problem in an expedient manner. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problem you may have. He is awesome! Sharon installed a new floor beneath my sink after I had a large leak that warped the floor inside the cabinet. She is a perfectionist and the install is perfect. I was very impressed with her determination to get all of the wet particle board out and she also wiped down the inside with Chlorex. I would highly recommend her for any future repairs that I might need.

Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome ran family plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. It makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

I called Maynard on a Sunday afternoon and he answered my call immediately. They were there the next morning and helped me out. Very professional and fairly priced. I will use them again.

The problem was taken care of fast and very professional.

I had a badly clogged toilet that was overflowing and no amount of plunging would help, I called Super Drain to come out and see if they could fix the problem. They showed up on time and got to work right away, they had the problem fixed in no time. Very efficient and knowledegble, would highly recommend!!

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.
