My technician, Levi, was so very knowledgeable and very very nice. He replaced a part on my air conditioner and explained to me with pictures exactly what he did. I hope I get him again…I will definitely ask for him! Even though the company gives you a four hour window, they keep you updated as per the time he will get here.

I had an RO System installed. I am very pleased with the service provided by Jake and Jose. They were professional and explained things to me. They cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend this place. They are reasonably priced and provide exceptional service.

Evidently I didn’t need to replace my entire sewer, I only needed a minor repair costing a few hundred dollars. Now everything works great. I was originally upset with Mr Rooter because they promoted a coupon for $79 and then charged us $320 to clear a sewer line. I complained, and they made it right. Unusual to get that level of responsiveness.

Anthony rescued us!! We had a sewer back after hours. We called several plumbing companies and NO-ONE would come. Exasperated we waited until 7 am . A friend gave us a technician’s cell number who had done a large job for her. Anthony was incredible!! He got us on the schedule right away and had our sewer problem solved swiftly.
