After calling and be cancelled on the day of by a different company and getting a quote from someone else that didn’t include a permit, I found myself calling Expert Plumbing for a quote to have a gas line run to my kitchen for a stove. I was impressed immediately. The office staff was professional, let me know that they would call when someone was in my area as that was how they did free quotes. I anticipated needing to wait a week or so, and didn’t expect a call later that day. Someone came just a few hours later, gave me a thorough and efficient quote that didn’t cut any corners. We decided an hour or so after they left to go ahead and schedule. Boy was I happy when they could come the following Monday! Even better when they called and said they had a cancellation for Friday, and would that work for me?

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my kids and dog. They did a neat job, and left the work area tidy. They saved me money on something Home Depot insisted I buy for the stove, that I did not need. Just about a week later they came with the gas company for an inspection with my permit. Can’t comment on value because I am not the homeowner. My experience was excellent. Dwight was punctual and professional and friendly as well. He answered any and all questions I had and explained his answers so that I could understand! Really appreciate the service and would recommend to anyone!

Nice and professional but my request for service literally stated Clogged pipes need cleaning and water heater repaired. They came and replaced the water heater and fixed the faucets but did not snake my pipes. Everything looked to be working when they left but my sinks are still not draining. Grrrrrr.

Drain Medics provided quick and thorough service when we had a blockage.
