Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! Called them to come out to my house and they came out for free! Some other company was going to charge me a drive fee. As they got here they were in and out in 30min. My tub was plugged up and the price was perfect.
