Wonderful, prompt service. Josh and Joe called before they arrived, and were spot on with their arrival time. They surveyed the situation, fixed the problem, and the cost was amazing. I purchased an old dental building. They capped and closed all those pipes and removed them. Then they installed a sink into the bathroom to meet code.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Jason and his partner were very professional quick and very good problem solvers.

Victor Parra managed to unclog my shower drain in 5 minutes that Mr. Rooter failed to do after two hours of trying.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism - would recommend to anyone. In every way they could deliver, they did. Prompt, courteous, professional, kind, skilled, efficient, affordable, etc.

Ganzel was able to correct some shoddy plumbing work and re-pipe so that my hot water circulation line works the way it is supposed to, for almost half the cost of other estimates! I couldn't be happier with the work and with their overall professionalism. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Where do I start with this company?? When I called in I spoke to the office Lady who was very polite and understanding. After explaining to her what was going on she told me she would get a tech out to me asap.

About an hour the techs showed up. Donnie and Hunter both where very hard working. Donnie explained the issue and gave me options. He didnt just throw a price at me and walk away. He took the time to explain everything in detail.

After agreeing to one of the options both Donnie and Hunter got to work. It took them a little over an hour but They cleaned up after themselves and kept me up to date on their progress.

I would def use this company again for any and all future plumbing needs. Thank you Donnie & Hunter and Thank you ASAP

They were on time and even came early cause I got off work early. They are very professional easy to talk to. And they even worked with my warranty company that no one else wanted to work with I would highly recommend these guys over and any in town

Great family owned company! Honest and they do great work! Will call them for all my plumbing needs.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.

What a joke of a business

While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!

UT Law School most days so cold I wear a wool shawl in class. Five weeks and counting. One day a mechanic wore a shirt saying something about getting drunk...while working. SMDH Clearly not sending your senior staff. Why? #yesiknowhvac #nothelpingtheindustry
