We looked up ASAP online and saw the grate reviews , so we figured let's give it a shot . Called late at night for backed up drains. Showed up at our home as promised within their 60 to 90 minutes charged us $58 for the service were able to clear the drains and also oferd us free camera inspection.Grate company will be calling them for future plumbing and recommend them to anybody.

API has done a lot of work for me & my clients. Always fair priced and they do great work that they stand by. I will continue to use them and refer them to anyone that needs a plumber. Bill & crew are awesome!

Randen explained the procedure very clearly. We watched as he ran the camera inside the pipe and explained what we saw. Very friendly, listened to our concerns, and answered our questions. We had a cleanout/waste pipe fail just outside our condo. The result was a bathroom completely contaminated; as well as some in neighbor's. Elite responded same day. Entire bathroom had to be stripped; walls, tub, toilet, vanity, etc. all gone. Pipes almost 100 years old. I was very pleased with the work they did; professional, friendly and conscious of the COVID risk. It was a dirty job and they did five star work!

I called at 10:00 am this morning and Lou was at my house by 11:30 am which was critical since my kitchen had a leak. I asked him if could also do some additional work and he had it all done very quickly. I thought the price was fair for the great service I received. I know very little about plumbing so I always wonder if I am being sold a bunch of stuff I don't need and I didn't get that impression with City Wide Plumbing.

I just had them install a water softner for me. This is a great family owned business. What's important to me is, I can't wait around for the plumber to show up. I was able to hide a key and they did the work while I was able to do my work. There just really nice honest people.
