*BEWARE* do not use Elite Rooter if you have a job connected to an insurance claim.I called them to unclog a drain and it turned into a nightmare. They said they needed access to the piping below my kitchen, and it would be a huge job. The tech who was on site spoke to my insurance adjuster, privately, and afterwards told me the job would be covered because it was “mostly access and your insurance covers access.” I trusted him and signed the agreement for an $18,000+ job! My insurance only covered $1,000 of access, and I was left with the rest of this monster bill. I never would have blindly agreed to this without getting a second opinion and comparing other quotes if I wasn’t told it was covered!Since then, I have been involved in a very orchestrated lie with several departments in the company. I have also heard this company has “perfected” insurance fraud by knowing how to inflate Access fees and lower equipment costs. This is the most greedy and flat out lying/deceitful company I have ever dealt with… oh and the job was a mess, they didn’t cover things up and my whole house was trashed and dusty. Those are the photos I’m including, but it’s the least of my worries…
I had a very good experience with Elite rooter right from the time of placing my service request and the actual work performed by the service technician.Elite rooter was able to schedule the service the same day which was very helpful & my main necessity. The technician (Carlos)was very prompt and did a great job in identifying the issue and resolving the issue quickly. I liked the professionalism of this company.The cost was also very nominal compared to other plumbing companies. Keep up the good work.
Elite Rooter was excellent. They responded very quickly, and when they arrived they were patient and answered all of my questions. They were professional. A problem that we thought was small and easily fixable turned into a much bigger issue. They had to run a camera under the house and provided photo evidence to me and my landlord to show us exactly what was happening. Despite the issue being bigger than expected, they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with how they run the business.

I would like to thank Matt for the hard work he did today. What was thought to be a simple job turned into an all-day event? He was very courteous and offered a lot of different options. Not only did he do his work but he also made sure to clean up spills. I am very satisfied with the work and will keep this company in mind for any future work needed.
We used elite rooter service multiple times, recently we got the whole house plumbing done. Junior helped to do and they completed the work very well. They also helped to clean everything later. Also, Matt helped to add a drain additionally in our backyard. Really liked their services and would definitely recommend them.
Elite rooter provided great service. Carlos was very good at diagnosing the issue and repairing it quickly! I would highly recommend elite rooter for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them next time I have a problem.

Don't be fooled by the high ratings, I'm genuinely not sure how they're rated so highly.Elite Rooter came to my house for an overflow. They convinced me that the entire plumbing system needed to be replaced because it had shattered due to the weight of the water in the system. 7 separate employees from their company adamantly claimed that it was a routine job, and insurance would cover it. Admittedly I should have done more research, but they seemed nice so I trusted them.Since then it's been a nightmare. When it came to actually working with the insurance company (a common practice with contractors) they were and still are 100% useless. It's been 9 MONTHS and I still can't get somebody to provide evidence to the insurance company of the necessity of the work. I've called 50 times at least and I always get the same message, I'll pass this on and they'll call you back. They are clearly avoiding me, and all I've asked for are pictures of the damage and a reasoning for why the work was necessary. It seems obvious to me that they lied about the damage and don't want to take responsibility. Due to all of this I had to sell the house for a massive loss. I am suing them.Do NOT trust this company. As soon as you sign the papers they will hang you out to dry, even if it takes the absolute minimum amount of effort to support you. I've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because of them, and I STILL cannot get them on the phone, it always goes to a call center than doesn't know anything.Do NOT use Elite Rooter, they are an immoral company that hides it well.

Keith was awesome! He came out and fixed our garbage disposal so quickly. Other plumbers would have likely recommended a pricey replacement but Keith was able to fix it right away by seeing the issue and finding something in the garbage disposal which did not belong in the disposal and removing it; his expertise was obvious! He also did not charge us which was too kind.

Outstanding job. This was a very unexpected and complicated problem that we had to deal with for our tenants.From the beginning, he walked us through the process and provided all the options with factual information so that we could make the right decision for our tenants. Carlos was also aware of and cared for our tenants.
All in all, it was a good experience with Elite rooter, when junior leyva and Arturo got here it became great. They explained everything and were true to their word. They did a great job.

We worked with Elite Rooter as part of a very nasty plumbing emergency at our house in this area. They were super responsive, very thorough, and went to great lengths to clean up after the project. In working with Matt from Elite Rooter he was very helpful in advising us on the best solution for our situation and offered us multiple options at a very reasonable price. They came the same day we called to assess the problem and worked overtime to ensure our problem was solved that evening.
Junior did a great job. He fixed it under 30 mins. He knew where the problem was. Pricing was very fair; much less than others in the area. He also gave some great advice to avoid seeing such issues in the future. Will highly recommend Elite Rooter for all plumbing services.
Matt came out and did an amazing job fixing our issues, which turned out to be numerous (very old building) He and his guys got our plumbing systems up and running quickly. We highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs we may have.

Will definitely call these guys again. Had a shower that wasn't draining, something was stuck, it was so quick that they didn't even charge me. Super nice, straight up guys. Also, they came on 1 hour's notice, since I had to go out of town.
I was in charge of hiring a plumber to remedy some cast iron plumbing issues at a bathroom tub. Elite plumbing was the first out. They scoped the toilet line and discovered compromises in the sewer lines. They then suggested and assured us that we could get insurance to pay for remediation and replacement of cabinets, flooring, etc., that would need to be removed and replaced to get to the sewer lines.I asked Matt from Elite Rooter why they don’t wait for the insurance company to approve remediation before proceeding. He said we needed to establish plumbing damage so the insurance would pay.I did not realize it then, but most homeowners’ insurance policies do not cover sewer-related damages, but they do cover plumbing leak-related damages.Within an hour, Matt had Quick Restore out to the property, and they turned on water valves in the kitchen and bathrooms to make it look like plumbing leaks.The next day they began removing cabinets and clearing space for sewer demolition. Because the home was older, they ordered asbestos tests. They tented the kitchen and bathrooms, then removed the cabinets, then removed the drywall up to the top of the cabinets. They tore the house apart to establish or remove proof of plumbing damage.A week later, the insurance company sent an adjuster out, and they denied the claim because it was all sewer-related damage.Quick Restore and Elite Plumbing’s’ strategy to get the insurance company to pay did not work, and it cost the homeowner an extra $5k to restore the property. ON TOP OF THAT, Quick Restore billed the owner $5K for their unneeded demo work.When you have plumbing damage, please don't let these companies make you think insurance will cover the damages. Always wait for an insurance adjuster to validate your claim.

If you want honesty, call Elite Rooter. They were prompt, professional, and had very good pricing. They sent Keith and Angel was very honest since the problem did not involve the drains. The problem was the parts of the dishwasher so he didn't charge me outrageous fees. I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue!

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. They are absolutely awful people just trying to scam homeowners for their own benefit. Keith isn’t even a plumber he is a salesman who drives a bmw with no tools. Matt is an awful liar who just wants your money. SCAM ARTISTS!!! Watch out they will try to jack hammer and tear up all your floors for no reason. Guarantee they say you need your house re-piped. SCAM!!!!

I want to give a review of Elite Rooter. Although eventually, it turns out my problem is not a plumbing issue, the guys kindly explain the situation to me and spent 1-2 hours working around to figure out the problem. Eventually, after they figured out the issue, they honestly told me I should contact an HVAC service, and they did not charge me anything (I feel a little sorry about having them stay around for a long time. Thanks for your suggestions.

They not only took care of the original clog problem. Junior, readily went under the house to spot any leaks or waterlogging. He did stop and told us the root cause. He did not charge us for that. With many dishonest plumbers out there; these guys were very honest and fix the problems in the least destructive way in a situation where there were no proper clean-outs in the house.

I called Elite at 7 AM and the service man was there 2 hours later. The sewer had backed up into the shower stall. They dislodged the clog then upon scoping the sewer drain under the house, found that the old cast iron drain pipe was completely corroded through leaving the dirt beneath exposed to sewage. Matt jackhammered the concrete in bathroom and bedroom and carried all of the debris out to the trailer in 10 gal buckets. It was 110 degrees of course here in Phoenix but Matt appeared unfazed. He was polite, respectful and worked until the job was finished without a single complaint. The service manager Stephan communicated every step of the process and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work and addressed our concerns. Not the least expensive plumbing company in town but they displayed professionalism and gave great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks. Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line. Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets. On Friday, I contacted a few companies and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day. The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week. On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing! After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left. Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets. He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

Stephen was quickly able to access my clogged bathtub drain that had backed up with water from my kitchen sink. He was able to unclogg the drain AND gave me an assessment of the state of my plumping pipes. All of this for $77 WITH a 30-day warranty. 100% recommend for fast and affordable service.

I was given an appointment right away by Patrice who was very professional and helpful .Sheexplained how the driver would call before hand to introduce himself .Brian did just that. Elite is honest, professional, responsive and kind. We thought we had a plumbing leak turned out it was the condenser pipe to the A/C. They stopped the leak and arranged water restoration company to come out the same day. Issac did a great job detecting the leak in the attic with great support from Josef! Great guys! We will tell all our friends, neighbors and family members about Elite! Oh and they replaced our main sewer line 3 yrs ago and we have not had any issues since! Thanks Elite! ?

Soon as Will arrived he was already on upsell mode. The only work he did from a plumbing perspective was remove cover to overflow pipe. He did most of his work on getting that money. $80 for cable, $250 for scope and $1200 for hydro jetting. He even tried to get name of my insurance company because he wanted to sell the clean up service that they use. They must get some sort of kickback or something. When I told him that $1000 was my cap he told me that his manager(boss) authorized to waive all other charges except the $1200 hydro jetting. And on average hydro jetting costs are $300-$500 unless EXTREME circumstance can go to $1000. But wait there's more. They figured they could gouge me for more money when they offer their services to fix pipe because of possible root infiltration. So that would've been another 5k possibly. Yes, I look young and live in an upper class neighborhood but that doesn't mean you can act like a predator. STAY AWAY from this so called business.

He was very efficient in identifying the leak, proposed a practical solution to repair the problem and provided a competitive estimate. Once I hired him, he was able to secure the plumbing supplies and got the job done with a couple of hours the same day. I am very delighted with Elite Rooter’s excellent service. We have had issues with the main line backing up into our house since 2020, we are relieved that elite rooter (hopefully) has fixed this issue by removing the damaged main line pipe. Brandon was very professional and helped set us up with a great mitigation company. Junior or Gernaro was the true hero of this story. He worked very hard, for hours, digging up my yard to find the pipe, cut away the damaged part and replaced/repaired it and then came back the next day to make sure the line was clear. He is a very hard worker, with a continuous pleasant attitude and I am sure whatever you are paying him, is not enough.We are so very thankful to have our lives back and definitely have a new founded appreciation for our homes plumbing.

Steven was amazing! He helped me out the first time with a clog and I requested him to return to replace my toilet. He was really great adapting to real time unexpected situations. I didn’t have a proper shut off valve and he was skillful enough to be able to take care off all of it without a fuss!Heck of a guy! Great attitude. Elite Rooter did a great job at fixing a leak under my sink as well as replacing a reverse osmosis system. Stephen,Gilbert,Keith and the whole crew who came and assisted me in getting a new sewer installed in my house are awesome! Highly recommend. They gave me a 20 year transferable warranty. Very clean, professional and bilingual. My mom doesn't speak too much English, so she was comfortable that the guys working at our house also spoke Spanish.
Kieth, Julio and the crew were terrific! We had to replace original cast iron pipes in our house and they guided us through the process, working tirelessly to finish the job and finish it right. Had 2 crazy plumbing issues happen on the same day. A pipe burst and a sewer line backup. Elite Rooter was very professional and knew how to document and report to best help me work with my insurance company which relieved a lot of stress. Joseph explained all the steps that he was taking to repair my sewer lines and did an amazing job in fixing them. Really appreciated their professionalism and quality and I plan to have them do some more work after this project.

Elite Router completely replaced the entire sewer system in a home I newly purchased. Being a first time homeowner, I was nervous to have such a major repair done right off the bat, but Keith and his team talked me though everything to ensure I was comfortable. I had limited excess flooring, and they worked with me to pull up only what I was able to replace without purchasing more. Additionally, the workers were very professional and were willing to talk with me about how the process was moving along any time I asked. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Elite Router!

Julio, Sergio and Stephen were a delight to work with. Very hard working and efficient. Very good communication skills and timing. Stephen explained everything to me in detail of what was going to happen, how to do it and when. I felt so comfortable and relieved to be working with Elite plumbers. They have this pipe bursting technology that is pretty cool.

I was looking to have repairs done for 3 toilets in my home. I called Elite Rooter of Phoenix to get a free estimate at 11:30am and Zack came by my place at 2pm the same day. I appreciated that he used a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings before entering my home. After looking at what needed to be done he said he could do the repairs the same day! Zack was super friendly, professional and definitely experienced! The repair didn’t take long at all and the cost was very reasonable as well. I called elite rooter this morning with a clogged drain and they had Yair sent out within a hour to help. Unfortunately in this situation, I ended up having a major plumbing issue so they were not able to unclog the drain, but I still received amazing service and was not charged a trip fee or anything like that.Thanks again Yair for coming out anyway.
Update 09/09/2020 The job that was done was through an insurance company and so payment I am told was at the end of the full job. I am the tenant not the owner. Keith with Elite started to call me for payment. Not my place. I forwarded my landlord his request. I did not give out the landlord's info because they should have it. They accepted the job. This past week I get a notice of Lien on the house using my name as the owner. I am the renter. Keith has not responded to my voice mails. The lien company has been told to cease and desist immediately. Would not use this company ever again. Like Louis though, good man, Keith not so much.We had a broken seal on toilet drain causing a water leak. Being a renter never sure how this could go or how we would be treated. Louis Rascon was our plumber and did an excellent job taking the point on this repair. He called the restoration company in order to protect the landlord and kept us informed as to what is going everyday. Took the week and ended on Saturday. Louis came out early to set the toilet after the cement had dried so we could have the routine back of using that bathroom again which is very important to my elderly mother.If Louis is the representative of all of Elite than truly they are a fantastic company to have fixing plumbing issues.Side note about Louis. Very detailed. Clean. Attention to detail. Dust from Jack hammer was minimal and used the air scrubber to cut down on dust in the house. Had to pour cement and the prep area had a drop cloth used to keep the area clean of any spillage. His assistant was attentive as well. Clean language, nothing off color in any way.A true credit to Elite Rooter.

They were courteous and professional.As advertised, they charged us $79.00.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Rooter to anyone in a pinch that’s in need of service.My wife and I called Goettl and Parker & sons, both of which couldn’t get a plumber out till minimum Monday. My Plumbing collapsed! I called Elite Rooter they were at my house in a few hours! They hired the Demo Company Adams D & R ! The job took 5 days and the dirt inside my house and outside was terrible to live with even with air filters running 24 hrs a day! My electric bill will be large. My home insurance inspection is Tuesday! The interior of my home is trashed and i am getting bids! Adams has not been to my home since they left last week! I had to call twice to haul away the debris in my front yard! I live in a upscale area with a HOA! Not into getting fined!

Technician called and gave me a 15 minute warning and showed up on time. He was polite, wore a mask, and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote that was 4 times less expensive than previous ones and said he could do the work now. He was patient when my son with autism and myself watched hm work. He explained what he was doing and did it quickly. I will definitely use this service again for my plumbing needs.

after a small leak in my kitchen I was told the drain under my floor was broken. I signed the contract for repair. After destroying my kitchen we found the pipe was just fine and I have the pipe and the photos to proove it. These people are scam artist and need to be shut down. Dont let them do this to your house because the scam goes even futher with the restoration company they work with. All thieves. Dont fall for their lies see you in court

I had Elite Plumming come out to my house after another plumbing company basically said they couldn’t help me and left me with clogged toilets showers and Including something like $30-$40,000 I had a sewer line collapse underneath my house well I did research got recommendations Elite came highly recommend. I called they showed up promptly Brian was the technician who showed up he happens to be a branch manager and there’s good reason he was fantastic from there the whole experience turned 180° he calm down explain the whole situation the whole process within three days another Brian showed up and basically him and his helper Scott did the work of three man that should’ve took three days the two of them did it in two days our toilets were back up our clocks were fixed they were professional . But the one thing that impressed me the most is not one time during the entire process that I did not feel that I was not but first as the customer a highly recommend this company if you call anybody else well you know the word for it just think Elite router for your plumbing needs
I don't write a lot of online reviews but I had to take the time to write this one. I was out of town a few weekends ago and my wife called me to say there was water underneath and on top of the carpet in our master bedroom closet.I scrambled to help her by calling the previous plumber we had used. That plumber didn't work weekends - not awesome. So I proceeded to look up other top rated plumbers on Yelp and Google. I called 9 different plumbers and Elite Rooter was the only one to pick-up and offer to come out to my house within a few hours.Steven Celestino was dispatched to our house and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem - our water heater had a leak and was leaking through the wall between our garage and master bedroom closet. He quickly got to work solving our issue and helping get a restoration company over to our home.While all this is well and good, the reason I'm writing this review is because Steven went above and beyond the call of duty. He came over to our house very late in the evening a few days later to install a new water heater.Then, Steven proceeded to take my call last night after 7 PM and assist me in a great way... the restoration company had to do demo this week and they had to uninstall the new hot water heater and then reinstall it again. Problem is, the restoration company didn't put it back together properly. They even sent someone out a 2nd time to fix it but didn't do it correct. Steven took my call and proceeded to jump on Facetime with me at 7:30 PM last night to help me get my hot water back on.I can't say enough positive things about his service! This was not his issue but he gladly took my call and walked me through what I needed to do to fix a situation the rehab company couldn't do.Thank you Steven! Thank you Elite Rooter!
Great and fast service. We had a leaking toilet and Keith and his crew found a broken pipe under the slap. Two Brandon’s , Matthew and Keith came the next day and worked all day to fix the problem and they absolutely fixed it and cleaned up the mess. We had a really plugged toilet. We called a couple of places that couldn't get to us for a week or two. Elite Rooter were able to get to us within two hours. We got a call when the tech was on his way. He arrived right on time. Julio was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes and quickly got the work done. Their rate was very reasonable. It is an older house in a Phoenix Historic neighbourhood. We have lived in it for 17 years. We do not know if it is the original toilette bowl or not but it was clogged and was resistant to the old-fashioned home remedies of plunger baking soda liquid soap and old fashioned plunger. That is when we called Elite Rooter and Stephen Sanchez, senior technician showed up on time. He had his mask for the pandemic and boots to cover his shoes. He worked diligently and when it could not be fixed because a metal stopper from an adjacent sink was lodged in an inaccessible neck we bought a new replacement from the home depot which Stephen proceeded to pick up, install and remove the old for no additional cost. He also worked on and professionally fixed an outside aluminum faucet that had been leaking for years. All done efficiently professionally and politely. We were very satisfied with the work. We will recommend him to our friends. There are not enough stars to give him. He deserves the Maximum reward.

Charles came out to give us a free estimate and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. He actually went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible.Charles and Kevin were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Kevin did a great job for us...installed new faucets on two bathroom sinks, two baths and two showers. Looks awesome! Will definitely use Elite again in the future.
The company came right out and performed the job quickly. They took the time to not only snake my sewage pipes but also sent down a camera to look and see what the blockage was. The service I received from Elite was exceptional. I called looking for a same day appointment but was concerned that it might not work out. I knew I couldn’t get through the weekend without my washer. The person who scheduled the appointment was understanding and confirmed that they would have their best technician out that day. They also said he would call when he was on his way.As indicated,, the technician, called on his way. He took a few minutes to ask me about our particular problem. This helped save us both time. As soon as he arrived, he was able to get started and knew what needed to be done. Honest and ethical. That is the word that I use to describe Elite Rooter. I had two plumbing companies come out to try to unclog the main sewer lines in two commercial buildings that I own. Both plumbing companies to me the buildings each needed sewer line replacements at the cost of $12K per line! I decided to get a third opinion and Brian K. came out, did a hydro flush and cleared both of them out. He then ran a camera down the lines and said both lines look fine and that there is no reason to replace them. Total cost was only $2,500! What a refreshing experience. I am no plumber and I rely on vendors to be honest with their assessment of what needs to be done. I had been looking for years for a plumber whom I could trust. Sewage was coming out the pipes into my backyard. I called and they quickly had the plumber out in an hour. 2 people came, Brian K and somebody else. They were having trouble getting the clog out. The other guy gave me a quote for the service that he said was needed to remove it that I absolutely could not afford right now and then left. Brian K stayed and tried it a few more times than he probably should have and got it out, fixed the issue and saved me a lot of money. Couldn’t be more grateful for him and his extreme kindness and professionalism. I will now use and recommend Elite for any plumbing issues I have solely because of Brian K.

We will definitely use Elite rooter for any future plumbing needs. I reached out via Yelp on Saturday evening, they responded within less than 5 minutes and scheduled me for Monday morning between 9am-11am. Monday morning at 8:45am I received a call, which I didn’t answer bc I was in a work call, so Steven (technician) sent me a text to let me know he was 10-15 minutes away. The tub/shower was unclogged within 30 minutes. They also took a look at our sump pump as our home has a basement and I’m not familiar with sump pumps. They gave me piece of mind by letting me know it was working correctly. Super friendly, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Elite Rooter to anyone looking for a solid plumber!
I was referred to Elite Rooters by our realtors and couldn’t be happier. Although it’s never fun to have to tackle sewer repairs, Alex & Soro did an amazing job, were extremely responsive, quick & easy to work with. They were minimally invasive, kept me up to speed with everything, patient with all my questions & provide a great warranty. The sewer line was split for over six feet. All employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They worked very hard for two days in temperatures over 110. I called yesterday afternoon and Elite called quickly and promptly. I met with Keith and he was very upbeat and knowledgeable about the pipes. He took one look and said, You don't need the camera the pipes look like they have been updated. However, I'm a bit paranoid, so I asked him to do it anyway. He also gave me some sound advice about the water heater. He uncovered some potential problems with the structure and location. He also gave me a fair report. Much appreciated! Looks like I found a plumber! This review is based on customer service. I haven't had any work done yet.
I contacted Elite Rooter due to their ad on Google. My kitchen drain was very slow. They were able to schedule me for same day service. The representative , Brian K. Called prior to coming and gave me a time he would be at my home. He arrived and was able to clear the drain without a problem. He had shoe covers for himself and also covers for the wheels on the equipment he brought inside. He also kept his covid mask on the entire time. Will definitely use this company in the future if needed
Elite Rooter goes above and beyond when it comes to helping customers and in the plumbing work they do! The latest plumbing they did for me was to install a big, very heavy vanity. Elite Rooter Phoenix is a local business gem. I called to use their $44 drain cleaning special and was able to get same day service. The technician, Jorge, was friendly and professional. He took extreme care within our home and gave a great explanation of the work needed and all of our options. Elite Rooters has a great staff of genuine, kind, hard working people who helped me through a sewer line back up that ended in my entire sewer drain pipe needing replaced in my 1960's home. They helped me along each step with my homeowners and were extremely efficient and dependable during the entire process. I hope nobody has to go through this stressful experience, but if you do.... Called them out to check out and hopefully fix a leak for me. Was told that the leak was from our old water heater so I paid over a thousand dollars for a new one to be installed. Right after installation I was informed that the leak in fact wasn’t from the water heater and is “probably” from the A/C , so I guess I get to call 3 more repair companies to find someone to identify and fix my issue. The man replacing the water heater did do a great job and it definitely needed replacing, I just wish the problem they confidently identified was fixed

Elite Rooter truly saved the day! We had been looking for a new plumber due to the first plumber was not available to complete the work. After several failed attempts finding a new plumber as some plumbers were overwhelmed with the complexity of the job ( a big hole in our bathroom) we found Elite Rooter. The moment Soro came to our house he went straight to work and nothing seemed to frighten him. He advised us of the problem and solutions needed immediately. He was very knowledgeable. My husband and I really liked his strategy that not a lot of demolish needed to take place simply 2x2 access points. The only issues I had was the supervisor Keith seemed a little pushy when it came down to the invoice and 2nd, after the job was done, they still haven’t came back to pick up the trash left from the work. Overall, I’m just glad it’s done and over with and finally can enjoy my bathroom and hopefully not have to worry about my plumbing ever again! Fingers crossed!

The supervisors were very polite. They explained what happened and what we had to do to get it fixed. They worked with us on the cost (which we really appreciated). When the work was completed, they leveled out our yard. It looks very good. Will recommend your company to anyone having the same problem.

Wonderful company! I would recommend them ten times over. I called because my child dropped a toy down our shower drain which was causing it to back up and drain slow. They were at my house within an hour. The guy showed up and he was kind and courteous. He was wearing a mask and also wore booties over his shoes (which he took on and off each time he entered or left the house). After a little while, he vacuumed out 2 plastic balls, a wooden block, and a tub faucet dial (that we thought was long gone). He then cleaned up the shower, including the sludge mess I made when I attempted to get the items out. He also put some Microban in the drain to help clean it. This company has friendly and knowledgeable techs. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future (because I'm sure this won't be the only plumbing disaster my toddler causes)

Had Brenden come out and snake our drains, did a wonderful job. They were very quick to come out (within 2 hours of me calling) and were very helpful explaining what was going on, as I am 23 and know nothing about plumbing and have never owned a house before.

I had Soro come out for a free estimate. I needed to replace my washer valves to install a new washer. He knew I was off work at 2 o'clock. He was already at my home waiting for me. Which I thought was great. He did a very clean job. My washer valves needed to be cut off and completely be replaced. He completed the job quickly. I was very pleased. Bought an older home in the city of phoenix was was referred to Alex to come and scope my pipes. Alex informed me of things that the house were missing and also things that needed to be fixed. Alex and Jr fixed the problems I had and also installed new clean outs. They were polite, on time, and provided great customer service. They don’t charge a trip fee, told me the fee on the phone, and were there within 2 hours of my call with a call beforehand to let me know they were on their way. Jose and Rafael were both courteous and professional and showed me what they were doing and what they found in my drain. They fixed the issue right away and I paid what was quoted. Brian did a great job and was very punctual. He completed the job quickly and was professional. My only complaint has nothing to do with the actual plumbing job itself but when I went to use the yelp $55 for $100 deal over the phone they would not let me because I did not purchase it ahead of time. Very disappointing since I was trying to do the company a favor just by asking them to honor the deal vs going through yelp where they would in turn have had to pay yelp for the business. We have spent about $11,000 with this company this year alone so one would think honoring this deal would have not been a problem.

I originally had a different company come out who quoted us an insane amount of money for the work to be done. But when Elite came out to evaluate the work, they worked with us and brought the cost down significantly! But not only that, after meeting with them they had utility companies come out the same day and mark the areas for gas lines, electricity exc. so that they could start work the following day! They were efficient in getting the work done in a reasonable amount of time! These guys were very professional, easy to work with and organized! I am quite pleased with the work done by Elite for my sewer line replacement. Elite replaced my sewer line from the kitchen drain to the bathroom to the laundry room to the alley. I have an old house and it ended up being a tough job that took a few days longer to complete. There were multiple breaks in the line in the house and in the yard. They found the one spot that was filled with roots and was causing the line in my kitchen to back up. Despite some setbacks, Elite honored their original bid. The staff was professional and friendly. The project manager always communicated with me regarding the status of his arrivals and departures. I recommend Elite Rooter for your sewer replacement needs.
After having a difficult time with another plumbing company we luckily found elite rooter. Other plumbing company quoted us $21,000 and elite came in and did more work more efficiently for $8,000. We had a trenchless sewer replacement. They came out in 30 minutes and started the next day. The whole project only took two day! On top of all this, Alex, the guy doing our project, was amazingly nice and friendly! We cannot say enough good things about this company. So reliable, trustworthy, and affordable. Would always highly recommend.

Elite Rooter service provided a fast response and assessment for the plumbing clog we had. Alex provided pictures of the damage and explained what was the cause. The following day his team cut out cement, dug & replaced the broken sewer line. He provided pictures through out the process of containment & removal of all debris. After replacing the line the recovery and new cement was professionally well done good as new. We really appreciated the quality of service and work the Elite Rooter team had done for us. I had a washcloth fall into the toilet while it was flushing. I tried to snake it but couldn’t get anything out. I called Elite Rooter and 3 hrs later Louis and Keith arrived at my house. They checked the inside plumbing and.put a camera down thru the roof vent pipe. They determined that there was nothing in the pipe and that the washcloth had passed thru to the septic tank. They did all this and charged me their $77 price. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will use them again if the occasion arises.

When we found out about our extensive plumbing problems we were so overwhelmed! The cost, the scope of work, how and where will they have to dig to get everything repaired?! Alex from Elite was AMAZING. He held our hand through the whole process, breaking down and explaining how everything would be done and putting us at ease. The communication we received was so refreshing! Always quick to call for scheduling and updates throughout. The job we needed was no joke! But Alex and his team made it as smooth and as stress free as possible. Not to mention these guys took a SUPER messy job and kept it very clean and organized with minimal disruption and damage as possible. I was beyond impressed with the service we were provided and I will be reccomending them to anyone needing plumbing going forward.
Jesus and Julio took care of my underground broken pipe and I cannot be more impressed with the work they performed. Coming from a property management background I have high expectations of quality work and customer service and they exceeded both. Excellent work by an excellent employee. Work was somewhat costly - however, after considering doing the fix myself and watching the job being completed correctly, I sure am glad I did not start it myself. They would have had to fix my mess and then do it right, so I guess the price was OK. Very pleased with the outcome. Would absolutely use them again.
Both Brians did a great job. I had old cast iron pipes in the home and they were broken leaking and caused an overflow in the bathroom. They came out and did the replacement for new pipes all the way to the main. They showed up every day till the job was done. Very good guys!

We have used them twice now, the first time to unclog and the 2nd, about 6 months later, to unclog and clean out the line. Both times they have been quick to answer the phone and quick to respond. The first was a call to them on Saturday afternoon and they arrived and had it fixed before dark. The second they arrived a little later then scheduled but were able to fix it quickly and diagnosed how to resolve the issue. They have been polite and professional each time. Also provide a good warranty with their clean out service. I am happy to refer them and keep them at the top of my list for plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys. Wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. Had them come out to hdyrojet a clogged pipe. The technician shows up and gives me a price without looking at the project. Tells me the normal price is $1200 but the special today is $650. I ask why couldn't I get that quote over the phone. He laughs and says they knew you would hang up. Typical contractor scam. Can't be honest and straight forward. Like I said, watch out!

I just had to have my entire Drain System replaced from the Street to Two Bathrooms, and Kitchen.I had 3 Bids on the Job, and am I thrilled I did a little research before I committed to using Elite Rooter and having it done with Trench- less Technology (Pipe Bursting). Do yourself a favor and at least give thee guys a shot at providing their proposal before you invest your hard earned money. My house looks like it did the day these guys arrived, immaculate! 5 stars isn’t enough for Louis. Louis is someone who takes pride in his work and cares about the customer- which is rare nowadays. He took the time to explain the issue, gave me options and let me watch him do the repair, all while walking through the process and explaining common mistakes and things to look out for. I’d recommend Louis to anyone and will definitely reach out to him if I need a plumber in the future. If you’re looking for “the guy”, Louis is it!
Needed a new water heater, had a 36 gal tank and want to replace it with 40 gal tank, due to Rheem don't make them anymore. The tech came out to give a a estimate, without looking at the new unit and telling me the tanks are different height, so it will be $700 for labor only, I just got oneit replaced today cost only$350
We moved into a home recently and had a leaking sink in the kitchen. It has been newly flipped and seemed to be some loose ends that were not done the best. Charles came out and didn’t even charge me. He didn’t use any parts and took 10 minutes. So he was great. Now I have a smell from our master bath and I feel confident reaching out to them first thing tomorrow morning to have someone come out and help with that. It’s good to know that new to Phoenix we have already found a great trusted plumbing company.
I called them and they answered very politely and were very Cooperative when I had to change my appointment. Jorge came right on time, called me with an ETA, very nicely dressed, very professional, listened to me intently to my concerns, and explained to me what he would be doing. He wore booties in my house and I noticed that his machine also had booties wrapped around the wheels, how very thoughtful! I was very pleased and I even fed him. We had a cleanout/waste pipe fail just outside our condo. The result was a bathroom completely contaminated; as well as some in neighbor's. Elite responded same day. Entire bathroom had to be stripped; walls, tub, toilet, vanity, etc. all gone. Pipes almost 100 years old. I was very pleased with the work they did; professional, friendly and conscious of the COVID risk. It was a dirty job and they did five star work!

My wife and I were having plumbing/ sewer line issues on our home and had three different companies come over to scope the lines, assess the problem and come up with a solution. Alex from Elite Rooter was so much different and better than the other companies from the very beginning. He showed the videos of the scope and explained the issues and why there were issues in the first place. We learned that there are many methods to address the issues and many of the methods that the other companies offered weren’t permanent fixes: they were simply an expensive bandaid. He provided a thorough estimate and schedule for the work at a very competitive price. It was a big job and all of the interior and exterior lines had to be replaced using the pipe bursting method. Alex, Soro and the rest of the crew were extremely friendly, hard working and professional. They all went above and beyond the entire time they were here and worked hard with great attitudes. They completed each task the right way and their craftsmanship was obvious; the house was kept clean the entire time and their work was very sturdy and clean. These guys are true professionals and they completely exceeded our expectations. They took a big plumbing project and made it easy and comfortable for us. We are so happy with their work and now have peace of mind that our plumbing and sewer lines are basically permanently repaired. If you are interviewing contractors for a job, do not hesitate to call Alex and Soro at Elite Rooter. I had all the drains in my house replaced, along with the sewer outside, all the way to the street, i thought, this is gonna take awhile, Elite Rooter sent me a technician who took command of this job, delegated orders to his crew and stayed there for 2 and a half days (16 hot days) to get me back on line with the new pipes, it was a huge job, intrusive, noisey, and it was handled in two and a half days. the technicians name is Brian Kaib, you can’t tell much from a company name, but when you experience the people they hire to come to your home, well that speaks volumes. thanks Elite. and thank you Brian
Technician arrived on time and ready. I told him our historical issue of roots in the effluent pipe and he roto-rooted and line was cleaned within 5-7 minutes. Best $77 ever spent! Definitely will call again....
The rep who came to my home for the free quote was very nice, and they came within 24 hours.3 stars only due to the quote being 400% higher than what I ended up paying another company. (Quoted $350 for about 45 minutes of labor, parts not included)

Alex and his team are the best!!!! Super fast, efficient, friendly, and an all- around joy to be around. They replaced some old nasty pipes for the entire house and all the way to the main line and were incredibly fast! They make it look easy! The friendliest group I’ve ever encountered I’d recommend them to all my family and friends!
The workers were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and completed the job in a timely fashion. During the time they were doing the work they kept me informed of what they were doing. They also cleaned up the job site after finishing the job. I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He got our pipes unclogged quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He went obove and beyond to help solve the problem and was not pushy at all with recommendations.
I would not recommend them. After telling me they installed electric tankless hot water heaters and would give me an estimate, The tech (after driving 40 min) after looking at everything and said they could not give me an estimate, (for no reason). He called his office.I called the office and asked why and they said they would not give me a reason. If they don't know what they are doing, then don't give estimates.I don't usually give poor reviews about companies, but this was ridiculous.

We had him come for estimate of a pin hole leak in our valve box. He said had to tear the whole yard apart, replace all the pipes and regulator (which we dont even have) and it was going to cost 3800.00, he did even look to see where the leak was. I had Master Rooters come and fix the pin hole for 425 bucks. I felt elite was just looking for a big job and padding the bill. They had no justification for the 3800. Wont be calling Elite again.
Called due to non flushing toilet, came out accessed problem immediately took charge got problem fixed. It was quite an extensive problem. Worked with us and our homeowners insurance. Very pleased!

They immediately repaired a pipe that had been previously repaired by the company but had to be redone.As a small business owner it is imperative to stand behind your work and give peace of mind knowing that satisfaction of a finished product is the goal. They came to do repairs from a home inspection report. I explained what needed to be done and they came next day and got to work. Repairs were completed as requested and the technician was on time and friendly. I can't say much on cost as we didnt get multiple quotes based on timeline of needing the work completed.

Fast service took the time to listen to my unusual issue and then do what needed to be done in order to fix the issue and insure that my water heater was safe. Also they did not over charge me for the service that turned out to be something fairly simple to fix.
Our plumber was on time (early) and completed the job quickly. He was friendly and professional. He even cleaned up the toilet when he was done. Would definitely recommend.

Brian showed up with very short notice and was here for almost 5 hours working hard. He decided that I needed to have a remediation done so he called a company for me. They showed up and are back again today doing tests for microbial growth. Hopefully it won't take too long.I would highly recommend this company. Five stars for sure.
Alex and Ramon were absolutely excellent! They were patient with all of my questions and concerns and answered every question I had. They showed me what they found on the camera and gave suggestions on how to best resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I am very excited about the new water treatment that was just done for my house. We moved in about a month ago and have 2 dogs and didn’t realize what we were washing ourselves in and having my dogs drink. Thank goodness our specialist showed me the water and tested it to show we were drinking bleach. Through financial help with Elite Rooter I was able to get one of the top model systems installed completely organized in my laundry room just how I like it!!!! I will never go anywhere else.

10 days into my new home and experience a huge plumbing issue. Old pipelines out one side of the house just crumbled. I called Soro from Elire Rooter and we was over that day looked into everything. Used cameras in the lives. Recorded the problem to assure me what the issue was. Soon the team was over and started the project. Everyone very professional and polite. Took great care of me by explaining every step of the process. Kept the area cleaned up when they finished till returning the next day. These guys are awesome, honest and fair priced. The guys came out to the house and got me fixed up extremely quick. They came out on labor day when I was expecting to have to wait till Tuesday to get my toilet fixed and even scoped my drain pipe to ensure nothing more serious was going on. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Bought a house last year that turned out to have a number of significant plumbing issues. They handled them all with skill and professionalism. Very reasonably priced as well. I have worked with a lot of plumbers, electricians, and contractors over the years. Soro is by far the best I have encountered!
We called. They came out within 2 hours diagnosed the problem. Did a quick fix for the night then came back the next day to replace old existing, tree root infested sewer line from house to sewer. Alex and Oscar did a great job and there were a few others that were great but I didnt get their names
The entire team with Keith, Brian and 'Brain' were amazing. My house was considered a level 3 disaster, not only were they not afraid to come out and work and get the job done in a timely manner but one of their employees just went well over beyond what was expected of him! 'Brain' as his card had typoed him otherwise known as brian has been the most amazing human to me and my lil family during this unbelievable experience. I have watched him put in hours late into the evening to make life functional for my family before going home to his own life. However I will never forget his help finding my missing rose kitty they had to jack hammer the foundation and she was hiding instead of being taken with us, he stepped in and found her in two minutes when I was looking for her much longer! He understands that no family members are left behind mentality and treated my family as his family even down to my animals! I will always ask for him in any future plumbing needs! Seriously never been better service anywhere!!

These guys were not only competitively priced, but they helped me work with insurance, especially when insurance dragged around. Only knock would be that they seem a little too busy, had a couple instances where a process was delayed but they worked hard to rectify any issues, staying as late as they needed/I wanted them to to get the job done.
Brian did an excellent job putting in a new toilet. He was courteous and efficient. There was a mix on the scheduled appointment time, but that was not his fault.

I had them replace the sewer line under my house about three years ago. I had another back up, but found out it was unrelated to their work. This time — leaves in sewer.
Arrived in time within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday, cleared outside drain thoroughly and they inspected with cameras to check cleared and no damage . Charged a very reasonable rate and didn’t try to bill for any extra work

Elite Rooter was extremely helpful in getting my washing machine drain unclogged for me. The technician that was sent out, Soro Coria, was very personable and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended! I actually called them back out again a couple days later to snake my bath tub drain.
I had a clogged sink. Elite Rooter showed up quickly within a couple hours after calling them. They fixed the problem. Only charged $77 to unclog the sink. I'll definitely use them again.

I called Elite rooter on Labor day to help trouble shoot area pool deck drains not draining fast enough. They showed up in less than 2 hours. Alex and Reyes used the camera snake and a snake to identify the problem. Roto Rooter couldn't properly identify the issue in three service/diagnostic calls. Sinve Alex and Reyes could not fix the reason for the blockage (today) they did not charge me for their 50 minute drive each way and their 75 minute diagnostic call! I haven't seen service this good in 20 years! Looking forward to their return visit to address the settling of the drainage pipes beneath the pool deck. Outstanding service and very personable guys!

Shower drain opened and he was able to unstick the garbage disposal by removing a piece of hard plastic, probably a piece of a grandkids toy. I would not use this company again! I was first set off by a worker that showed up with a confederate flag hat that said rebel on it as well as he was dressed in plain street clothes. The other tech was in a uniform. I am a construction worker my self and have thick skin however professionally you just can't have that kind of attire be worn by your employees. You are representing a company not your personal style or political stance no matter what it is. Personally I saw him as a good ol country boy but didn't seem professional in my opinion. As we were waiting for one of the other techs to show up which took 45 minutes, we got into discussion on some politics and it led to the tech expressing a little further than I would consider acceptable. When a worker starts to cus no matter how comfortable you feel you just can't cus in front of a customer, you just can't do it. The price they gave me to flush the line was an insane $2800 which swiftly turned into $1600 upon my gripping about the insanity of the price which leads me to believe it could have been the later to begin with. Huge discount like that are a sign of rediculous price gouging. To sum it up I would not want my wife to be alone with these techs so I would not be able to trust them in the future and the fishy charge and discount have led me to not use this company to do the work nor any work in the future.

Alex came to our home after we developed a serious blockage in our sewer piping that resulted in flooding in our garage. But before he did, we called another plumbing company that tried to take advantage of our crisis and overcharge us—-to the tune of $300/hr. I threw that company out and called Elite Rooter. Alex spent THREE days on our property finding the problem with a camera, using a snake and then a high pressure wash to flush out our sewer line and all for a fraction of what others quoted me. I could not be happier and I cannot recommend Alex enough!

Cost $150 to fix the blockage issue in the kitchen drain, the fixing process is relatively fast (around 30 minutes) and hopefully we don't have to fix that again within one year
Jesus came and unclogged my toilet that I couldn't get uncloogged for a week. He did it in 15 mins. Great service and lowest cost in the valley when I priced out the job.

A new 3 PCV irrigation sleeve had to be installed under a 19' foot wide concrete driveway. On day 1 Elite came and gave an estimate. The work began work in the afternoon of the next day. The following day they worked all day and completed the job. The repair is fine and when finished, the area was cleaned up nicely. The work was done quickly, the workers were always on time, competent, and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Brian Hall was very punctual and was able to solve and repair a leak under my bathroom sink. He was very professional and trustworthy.

The repair done was not finished, hey left the register 4 inches above groud when it was supposed to be flush and never replaced the paving bricks around it.
Very expensive for an unfinished job.
