Honest and ethical. That is the word that I use to describe Elite Rooter. I had two plumbing companies come out to try to unclog the main sewer lines in two commercial buildings that I own. Both plumbing companies to me the buildings each needed sewer line replacements at the cost of $12K per line! I decided to get a third opinion and Brian K. came out, did a hydro flush and cleared both of them out. He then ran a camera down the lines and said both lines look fine and that there is no reason to replace them. Total cost was only $2,500! What a refreshing experience. I am no plumber and I rely on vendors to be honest with their assessment of what needs to be done. I had been looking for years for a plumber whom I could trust. After my experience with Brian K and Elite, I won't be calling anyone else! Thank you Brian and Elite for being a trustworthy business!

Kyle was very professional, explained everything to us and processed to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company again. They send you a text of the person who is coming and provide a picture so you know it's the right person . They are punctual and give you an update on when they will be there.
