Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Tempe AZ

We had an issue with our pilot light going out and not staying lit on a water heater we had purchased and installed by ASAP 7 months prior. We contacted ASAP and they immediately helped us locate the problem and file a warranty claim for the new parts. Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, including our tech Chet. We have used them twice now, the first time to unclog and the 2nd, about 6 months later, to unclog and clean out the line. Both times they have been quick to answer the phone and quick to respond. The first was a call to them on Saturday afternoon and they arrived and had it fixed before dark. The second they arrived a little later then scheduled but were able to fix it quickly and diagnosed how to resolve the issue. They have been polite and professional each time. Also provide a good warranty with their clean out service. I am happy to refer them and keep them at the top of my list for plumbing needs.

Nathan was an incredible technician for our thermostat replacement. He came in (with an epic beard I might add) and fixed it. He went to engineering school and you can tell he knows his stuff. He got our system to stop running continuously which is a blessing for our electric bill. Couldn’t be happier with the service Nathan provided!!
