I called on a Sunday around 11:00 a.m. to have a water heater replaced, I was told a technician would be out later that afternoon between 4:00-6:00 p.m..... sure enough Nick showed up around 5:00 and did a great job, very polite and professional, I would highly recommend

Tucker Hill literally saved the day. After our kids filled the sewer line pipes in our front yard with rocks we were in a really bad position. Saturday night we called tucker hill and Josef called us back immediately. He sent Daniel to come check out the problem. We were overwhelmed at the thought of possibly digging up the yard and facing a huge bill. Josef suggested we go buy a shop vac and see what rocks we could get out ourselves. Daniel stayed with us and helped us through the whole process. Josef told us to call him at any time during the night if we had a problem. He would be there Sunday morning to jet the sewer lines to save us from any more problems. He came when he said he would and we weren’t charged an extra weekend rate. We are so grateful for their professional quality work.

Very professional and quick response time, which is important for a business like ours (and which seems difficult to find these days). David was very friendly and courteous, as was the business office staff. We would recommend them and we will call them for our future needs.
