Best Plumbing Leak in Tampa FL

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

The AC technician Brian was great! This is the 2nd time I've used Acree services and am more than pleased with the work and service provided.

Another good business being run down by dishonest, incompetent, bad attitude technicians... Sad...

Tony quickly answered all questions that I had in detail, before scheduling the work. He also arrived earlier than his estimated arrival time to do the work and needless to say he was very efficient with the removal and replacement of my water heater. That even goes down to the breaking down of the boxes, ensuring recycled trash was put in the right bins. I highly recommend his service. I hope to not need him again but will call him if I do!

I'm so happy to have this neighborhood plumber! They have saved me a lot of trouble when it comes to cleaning drains. Their skill and commitment to their work are really admirable.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

Well, I found me a new plumber! For 2 weeks now I've had the slowest shower drain in town. Excellent, high quality workmanship, prompt, courteous and honest. They even cleaned up after completion, which I can't say of alot of other trades I've used. They care about keeping long term customer's and referrals instead of just getting as much money out of each job. That says a lot!

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.
