We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! Plumbing, needed my kitchen sink replaced including plumbing pipes. So I hax already bought a sink but of course I didnt measure it. So 1hr later sink don't fit. I was going to go get another sink but they can't wait..I waited from 7-12:40 cause they where lost and late they where stifle to be here no later than 11am. And look how they just left even left thier tools. Left everything on the floor and didn't even clean up....just left a mess for $150.00 Never again!

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

Excellent, high quality workmanship, prompt, courteous and honest. They even cleaned up after completion, which I can't say of alot of other trades I've used. They care about keeping long term customer's and referrals instead of just getting as much money out of each job. That says a lot!

Cyclone helped us with a small problem we had with our master bath. They worked hard and were upfront and honest. Tom was so nice! Great custom service. Alan and Dennis did amazingly fast work. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.
