Ricky and Charles not only showed up, on time, they fixed everything all at once, right away, for a very reasonable price! Nice guys, too. I’ve finally found a plumber!

Our AC went out midday on a weekend making our inside temps reach 80+ and Alvarez’s Julie picked up the phone and sent out Gio to help us. Within two hours Gio was at our home repairing our AC and explaining every detail as he went. Incredible work incredible company, we will be using only Alvarez for the future to come.

Chris my technician did an excellent job for me. He was very professional and friendly and walked me through each step of getting my master drain unclogged. I would recommend Chris any time! He was on time and handled the whole job so well! He was very educated and knew exactly what he was doing. I’m so grateful I got such a great technician to help me with with my plumbing needs.

They are dependable and on time. If there's an issue or if you have a concern they are going to addeess it. Joey and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned for our sewer repair and reroute. It was messy job but they took care of it and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would recommend them and use them again.

Relocating washer and dryer- Did not complete initial service. Did not install the dryer vent, then they said it wasn’t part of the job. Refused to complete the job. Poor workmanship with the work they did. We are very unsatisfied.
