Tony means business. I called him yesterday to come take a look at our gas water heater. He came within minutes of calling diagnosed the issue and gave us some options. After talking it through with my wife, we decided to replace it. I made some calls to see if the quoted price was good and Tony's quote was over $300 cheaper. Tony left that day, went and bought the heater for us, delivered it and did the installation. He also took away the old one. In case you're wondering, he installed it without any issues in a time that indicates this man knows his profession. Just look at all he did. He gave more than fair estimate, bought it, deliveded it, installed it then took away the old one. That's money well spent. Thank you, Tony. I would recommend you to anyone any day. Easy 5 stars.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Joel,Ramon,Adrian repiped my home after being without hot water for a week after Chris located a leak under my kitchen cabinets . The repipe team thought of the next man up as far as working conditions, made sure everything was secured and out of way .They went above and beyond to treat my home as it was there own . Will recommend this company to all my friend and family.

I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I originally scheduled my hot water tank to be replaced at 10 o’clock in the morning. The plumbers never showed up until 4 clock in the evening. I had to constantly be on their case as to when they were going to show up. The services provided only took two hours. However they charge me for the additional 45 minutes that they sat in their van smoking cigarettes while they flicked them into my driveway. The excuse was that they had to call the office in order to get the total and my bill. The company charged me $430 for two hours worth of work plus the additional 45 minutes it took to acquire the total while they waited in their van . The two individuals that came to my house could not provide me any information whatsoever as to how they concluded the total of my bill . After a long debate as to how I was going to be charged without seeing a receipt or a quote I was tired and went to pay them. Once they noticed I was going to pay in cash suddenly they reduce the price from $430 down to 400 without any sort of explanation. I then asked the plumbers how much do they charge per hour? The plumbers were not able to respond with an actual answer of anyway. I then asked how much and supplies were needed in order for the repair? They again could not give me any sort of answer. The only thing they could tell me was that the total was $430. They said I would receive a text message receipt within the day as to what my itemized receipt would look like. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation and feel as though I got screwed over in my deal. I felt as though they made the total after they showed up and saw who I was and what my home looked like. I later called the company has a cold caller asking about how much it would cost Per hour for their services after a short pause (While he scramble to look up my number) he finally responded to we charge $150 per hour. Still the total amount of hours and supplies cost did not equal the original $430 I was charged. Once the owner had realized who I was and how much he charged me he offered to pay me back $50 to make me a satisfied customer . However it is been almost a full week and I have yet to see not only my receipt but also the $50 you promised me back. These people are crooks do not ask for their service do not give them a call. Angie’s list someone else.

STP has been amazing in both the quality of work and service. We’ve had some small emergencies and both times STP came quickly and fixed the issues. We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

Was referred to them by a good friend and I'm glad I made the call! The individual who stopped by, Rog, was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also did the job I wanted in pretty quick fashion. I will definitely give them a call back for any future plumbing needs!
