Hurricane Ian - a tree took out our powerline. My 1st call was Cornerstone at noon, they said they'd be here by 6pm. Ok! I was happy anyone could help so fast. A few minutes later, they called back and said we can be there in 30 minutes!! Yahoo! Manny was here on time, got right to work looking for parts but the supplier was closed. He said he'd get the parts next day and would loan us a generator!! It was his personal generator since he had lights!!! We had a small bathroom job that required an electrician and a plumber. Titan had both available and in one day we had the electrician (Dennis) and plumber (Mark) show up and withing a few hours our job was done. They were both great at social distancing, very clean and very quick and professional. The job was handled on the first visit and most of all, they were really friendly. Really nice guys. I contacted Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs because I was having issues with the old and worn out cast iron sewer pipes. Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. They answered all of my concerns and explained the process along the way. After the job was completed the premises was left clean.
