There was a few hiccups but they followed through. Thank you for your help. They were not able to get the part we needed for our appointment today, However, they are working on getting a portable AC for my elderly aunt until they can get the piece tomorrow. Thank you again so much this will keep her out of the hospital.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Kenny jumped to the rescue for my mother who was dealing with a major backflow issue. He spent time addressing the issue for hours on her roof, working to resolve the immediate problem and then later to discover the underlying cause. They were very nice and efficient when installing the water heater but it took almost 24 hours for the hot water to come on after the install and it only lasted for a few hours. They came back to check on it and they didn’t charge me extra and the water was pretty hot but then it went out later that night. Have been without it for a couple nights now and am waiting to see if they will come back and check it out. They assure me it was installed correctly so they are hesitant about coming back out to look. Am happy they did not charge extra fees but the job was not seen to completion. Will need to reach out to another plumber about coming to fix
