Today, Tommy came by. Evaluated the situation and one fix turned into two! Two brand new and very much needed modern toilets! I am so happy! And leak resolved.

We always call CDS and they're always on time, fast, super friendly and get it right. Jordan came out to replace our fill valve in the toilet tank and had it done literally in a few minutes. We're going to call them back when we're ready to install a tankless water heater!! Highly recommend using CDS. #smallandlocalbusiness

I paid the service call on time, but when I asked for the quotes they just sent me made-up numbers, anything formal. I started calling the company when a week passed since I asked for the estimates and they just keep telling me that a supervisor is going to call me back, but no one called until two weeks passed (I called almost every day just to receive the same answer). Then the plumber contacted me back just to say that the made-up numbers that he sent were the estimates, not a pdf with the description and cost of the items that they will use. They are not professionals and make people lose their time and money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
