Very pleased with my experience with Edenfield plumbing Co. It was not an easy task finding the clean out valve for the plumbing but the technicians were patient and courteous. They were able to fix the issue in a timely manner and within a reasonable price range, considering the amount of work they did. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

My quote was so high that I almost laughed. Needless to say I'm not using them. Then the tech tried to charge me $59 for coming out.
When I called to make the appointment I specifically asked if they provided free estimates and the guy said yes.
I refused to pay him and he left.
That being said, the tech was very professional, very nice, and almost apologetic.

If you want customer service, and I mean REAL customer service, this is the company that delivers consistently. We just had a new A/C system installed, and it was all hands on deck. The technicians are true professionals who know their craft, and speak to you like you are a customer - a concept long lost. To top it off, the service manager who I will not name, provided me with his personal cell phone to report any issues with the unit. Hands down, Alvarez sets the standard on HOW you should run your business.

I finally found an honest plumbing company I can trust for dependable quality work. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and Ezequiel. They were fixing a water leak in a pipe under the foundation in our master bath. Jose thoroughly explained each step in the process. He offered us optional ways of approaching the repair, so we were comfortable the steps he was taking. He was very skilled and knowledgeable. Jose and Ezequiel were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call Olin plumbing again and request to have Jose and Ezequiel do the work.

Called for remediation when sewer backed up in condo. The inspector was great - knowledgeable, helpful and the reason for 2 stars. The project manager was completely non-communicative. They placed the equipment, did not take readings as scheduled, shared no test results with me. I kept calling until he finally sent someone out to get the equipment. Maybe they were storing it here? I will not be using this service again.

- Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed.

- Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet.

- Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone.

- Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
