WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

Friendly with my pets. He also showed us each pipe that was leaking and explained what he was doing. Answered all of our questions with patience. TECO made a train wreck out of installing a natural gas regulator. They damaged my copper gas line and stated they weren't responsible for it. Elite Plumbing made several trips to my house to rectify all of the issues. Elite Plumbing stayed after hours to get the job completed so we could cook and have hot water again. The price was very reasonable and professionalism was exemplary! Don't regret calling the big chain plumbers, give Elite Plumbing a shot!

They were very nice and efficient when installing the water heater but it took almost 24 hours for the hot water to come on after the install and it only lasted for a few hours. They came back to check on it and they didn’t charge me extra and the water was pretty hot but then it went out later that night. Have been without it for a couple nights now and am waiting to see if they will come back and check it out. They assure me it was installed correctly so they are hesitant about coming back out to look. Am happy they did not charge extra fees but the job was not seen to completion. Will need to reach out to another plumber about coming to fix
