My wife and I had our kitchen remodeled and we needed the plumbing hooked up, including kitchen faucet, dish washer, ice maker, reverse osmosis and drains. We called Tony and he arrived the following morning. He had us hooked up and running in a couple of hours. He was very professional, interesting to talk to, and had all the parts he needed in his truck. His price was very reasonable. I will recommend him and use him again, sincerely.

Busted my outside faucet allowing water to gush out all over my lawn. Called True Plumbers and got not only a quick response on the phone, but a repair person (John) was on premises way ahead of his scheduled time of arrival. The repair was done quickly and John was very professional.

I’m so glad I called this company to come out to my place of business. I called them last night to send someone out to repair an issue I had and they sent someone the following day. They would have sent someone the same day but I told them not to only because we were closed. Everyone who I encountered during this time was very professional from scheduling my repair to repairing the problem. The guys who came out were very polite and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to find the problem in less than five minutes and had everything repaired in under an hour. I like how the owner of the company came out as well to make sure everything was going well. Called for a steam shower quote. Spoke with a gentleman named Chris. Asked if they had a permit for Trinity, he said they don't cover that area. Asked if could pay extra, he repeated himself and hung up on me. Apparently this place has too much business and doesn't need any more regardless of the money someone's willing to spend.
