Called Adam on a Sunday morning after our septic tank backed up overnight. He was on site in less than one hour. Not only was he professional, prompt, and friendly but his pricing for weekend emergency service was more than fair. Adam definitely went above and beyond to make sure our septic tank was cleaned correctly. I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

I used Llona plumbing on a project in Tampa, FL. They gave me a quote for some simple fixes such as a leak under the sink, some work to the washer connection, etc. Within one week both the sink and washer areas areas had substantial leaks causing major damage to the wall and brand new kitchen cabinets. After I called to tell them I would not be paying them and that they had ruined drywall and cabinets, they truned my.oayment into collections. Hands down the worst contracting company I have worked with when it comes to quality of work.
