2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. Really great experience- had a plumber back out today, and out of 40+ places I called, they were the only ones that tried their best to fit us in and get our office kitchen equipment set up before I left for the airport. My Grandma had a backed up sewer line on Friday afternoon. She was a mess, carpets were wet, water everywhere. We called 6 other plumbers, big names too, some didn't answer, others were not able to come until Saturday afternoon. Drain Flo was number 7 on the list, was greeted with a very friendly woman on the phone who apologized for the horrible situation . I told her what was happening and she said she could have someone here within the hour. Dwayne arrived shortly after, very nice guy, immediately knew what was wrong and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Up he went on to the roof, a few minutes later all water levels went down. He came in and checked that everything was flowing as it should and gave a 30 day no question warranty. Dwayne was very nice to my Grandma and set her mind at ease. Can't thank Dwayne and Drainflo enough. You guys are great!!

We recently moved into a rental house in Tampa and had a pretty serious plumbing issue on our kitchen. Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker. They set-up the plumbing service with Llona Plumbing. Eniel came out and fixed the issue very efficiently. He also fixed a running toilet that I asked about, which was not part of his work order. Before he left, he cleaned and disinfected the entire kitchen sink, counter tops and floors. He put everything back exactly in it's place on the counters and under the sink. I was amazed! About a week later, we had the same issue (it wasn't that he didn't do the initial repairs properly, it was due to all the rain backing up from the city sewers). He came back out, fixed the issues and again, cleaned everything and put everything back in its place. He is a very polite and knowledgeable employee and when we purchase our next home, you can bet Llona Plumbing will be our only choice for any plumbing needs we may encounter. Keep up the awesome work guys!!
