Great quality service! It’s obvious that the owner is very experienced to be able to handle all of my complicated plumbing jobs with great skill and speed. He also caught issues that I wasn’t aware of and that saved me money. His prices are fair and I like how he explains problems in a way to easily understand and learn from. Highly recommended. Jimmy L. serviced our tankless water heater. He was very informative upfront, explaining what he was going to do and what the various charges would be, depending on what he found. Finished up in a short period of time, explained what he did to resolve the problem, and ran us through next steps should the problem recur. Will use them again!

Michael, the technician, did a great job. He called to let me know when he was on his way, installed the faucet and garbage disposal, and cleaned up afterwards. A very professional job. Making the appointment was also quick and easy.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on. Bob was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Olin Plumbing. And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to Bob for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

I had a main drain line clog a couple days before Xmas and had a house full of visiting guests with no working bathrooms. I called roto rooter. They sent out Keli to diagnose and fix the issue. Keli was at my home in less than an hour. He arrived with a big smile on his face and assured me we will have bathrooms working soon. Keli was the most professional and knowledgeable plumber I have ever met. He fixed the clog in no time. No mess at all. He and even went out of his way to give me tips on how to prevent another clog in the future. Great job Keli. Thank you so much. I will only use roto rooter for any plumbing problems in the future.
