We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The best technicians and very professionals

They called me in a matter of minutes and had a technician here within 30 minutes. I had multiple issues but was not pressured into fixing everything at once. The service was fast and friendly. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!!

So, I'm writing this review for me and my mom. First and foremost, the professionalism started when my mom first called the company to set up the appointment she then called and informed me of the date and time but forgot to let Chris (the one who answered on the first ring lol again a plus for us because that mean someone is there and ready to help) that she would be at work around that time. So, I had to get the number and call right back Chris answered and I said that my mom forgot that she had to work and wouldn't be home but that I would be home instead he stated no problem and asked for my contact number. in which the plumber would call before arriving. Now keep in mind we had been without an oven for 1 month only being able to use the top burners and two air fryers thank god for those three things. I'm a person that LOVE to cook so not having a full operating stove was really getting to me, but we made it work. We contacted three business and even went on a very POPULAR app in which I want post their name but the price oh my dang.!!! This company was the ONLY reasonable price quoted with the same work the other companies was going to be doing but had a much affordable price. The two plumbers that came one name was Mario and the other one Mike was on time and ready to get in there before they even touched the new stove, they turnt off the gas. I stated that I wanted to put the tip brake (I hope that's the correct name) on the stove and thought that it would be an additional cost (we had our stove for over 10 years so this was new for both of us so that's why I thought it be a cost) and they stated they would put it on, and it was no problem PERFECT. They kept all opened boxes paper etc. in a neat pile moved the old stove in a area I wanted it to go so it wouldn't be in the way until pick up and also place the trash in the garbage. I called my mom and before I could give her the run down one plumber, I didn't get their names when they we're here I know I should have I was just SUPER excited said were done I stated excuse my french damn that fast lol...I told my mom I would call her back because they wanted to show me that the unit was working and how to work it that it wouldn't move no matter what and that he had used concreate nails to make sure it would never move. I wanted to leave this review sorry if it is long, but I wanted to make sure to put all my feelings, experiences, and excitement into this review. Work Done: Uninstalled my old gas unit and reinstalled my new gas unit.

TED was amazing, on time, friendly, fast and cleared our sewers in no time! Definitely would recommend him again and again

I had some issues with a new older home purchase ('84 build) and had Derek come out for a walk thru. Joe came out 2 weeks later to address a couple of them. The most glaring was 95 psi pressure coming into the house. Joe installed an adjustable pressure reducing valve so we could bring it down to code. He also replace a shutoff valve. He had to dig out next to driveway to install the pressure valve. Did he put the dirt on the drive? No. Laid out a plastic drop so as not to trash up the driveway. Other than the new shiny brass pipes, you would never know there was any work done. I also needed a new washer outlet box installed which required wall cutouts to access and solder. I will need to replace the sheet rock he had to cut out myself but he made clean cuts to make my repair easy and, again, cleaned up any mess he made. Olin charges by the job, not the hour, which is my preference. Quality, not quantity. Thanks, Joe! No plumbers cracks were exposed in this message (or the job)!

I called roto rooter the day the water inspector told me I had a leak. They were at my house within the hour. Everything was fixed and put back together in less than 2 days. Every employee was knowledgeable and polite. I will recommend anyone to use Roto-Rooter.

They are dependable and on time. If there's an issue or if you have a concern they are going to addeess it. Joey and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned for our sewer repair and reroute. It was messy job but they took care of it and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would recommend them and use them again.

Even though we ended up not needing an emergency plumber these guys answered the phone and were on site in minutes. Will definitely call again.
